Arrested: Male      Age: 16         Santa Fe,NM

Deputies responded to area in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputies determined through investigation that the suspect assaulted the victim during an arguement. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Fransisco Cervantes      Age: 19      Santa Fe,NM

Suspect was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic infraction. Upon contacting the driver, he displayed signs of impairment and was given sobriety tests. Driver displayed signs of impairment and was then arrested. The suspect refused to submit to chemical testing. Suspect was taken to jail and booked accordingly.

Location: Residence off Calle Gurule (Old Las Vegas Highway)

Deceased: 61-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 01-06-14 at about 4:00AM a 61-year-old male passed away in his sleep at his residence.  He was found shortly after by his wife.  The male sufferred several medical conditions.  No signs of foul play were discovered.

Around the 1st of October 2013 someone stole the above listed items from the victim's back porch.

Deputies responded to the area of Jemez Road for a report of a female screaming for help. Deputies located the parties involved in the disturbance and found that the victim was struck by the suspect numerous times. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was charge accordingly.

Subject was stopped by Deputy after observing her driving in oposing lanes of traffic. Subject was found to be impaired and was arrested without incident. Subject submitted to chemical testing and was transported to jail.

Case# 0214000212/ Battery Against a Household Member, 01/05/13

Arrest: Christopher Chino Age: 31

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute on Jemez Road and discovered that Mr. Christopher Chino had battered a household member causing minor injury. Subject was arrest and booked without incident.

Location: Agua Fria and Jemez Road      Santa Fe,NM

Subject: Male          Age: 17         Santa Fe,NM

Deputy observed a vehicle fail to stop at a posted stop sign and initiated a traffic stop. Deputy approached the driver and immediately smelled an odor of marijuana coming from the passenger compartment of the vehicle. Deputy located suspected substance in the trunk of the vehicle. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.
