Victim stated that some unknown person has made the above fraudulent charges on victims Discover Credit Card sometime between Nov 2011 and May 2012. The charges were through a CU Anytime ATM machines in Rio Rancho NM

Victim reported on 5/29/2012 at approximately 6:00 pm, her 14 year juvenile daughter unlawfully took her vehicle while she was in another room of the house. The Juvenile was located at the Allsups on Camino Entrada and Airport. Juvenile Probation authorized incarceration. The juvenile was booked accordingly at theJuvenileDetentionCenter.

Stolen: 1 Remington 700 .223 Caliber Rifle with scope, carry bag, 10x12 document safe box containing passports, birth certificates and immigration documents.

Victim reported on 5/29/2012 between 7:30am and 8:30am unknown person(s) gained unauthorized entry through the unlocked front door and stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation.

The above listed item was valued at about $1,200.00

Stolen: Dark Gray Craftsman 16" Chainsaw, Green Weed Eater, Black Craftsman Leaf Blower

On the above date at the above address, Victim stated at approximately 10:00am he noticed his outdoor shed had been burglarized. Unknown person(s) cut the padlock to the shed and gained unauthorized entry. The above items were stolen valued at about $335.00. Suspect(s) are pending further investigation.

The above listed subject was involved in a motor vehicle crash, he was found to have a felony warrant for KIDNAPPING, AGGRAVATED BATTERY WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, TO WIT: A HANDGUN, CONSPIRACY AND TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE. Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Case#0212008062 / DWI, Careless Driving / 05-28-2012

Location: State Road 14, mile post 30, between Madrid and the town of Cerrillos N.M.

Arrested: Kelly Erker, 29-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 05-28-2012 at about 7:30PM Mr. Erker was driving his 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle southbound on State Road 14.  As he entered a curve in the road he was traveling too fast and lost contrul of his motorcycle, crashing.  He sustained minor injuries.  He was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest after being treated for minor injuries at the hospital.

On 05-28-2012 victim reported sometime between 05-26-12 and 05-28-12 unknown suspects entered the home through an unlocjked front door and rummaged through several rooms in the home.  No items were reported stolen from the home at this time.

Location: State Road 502- Pojoaque High School

Damaged: Mazda 6, vehicle

Victim reported on May 23, 2012 between the times of 7:15 am and 3:15 pm suspects scratched the victims vehicle with an unknown object on the hood and left front door while the vehicle was parked in the student parking lot. Suspects have been identified at this time but contact has not been made with them at the time of the report. This case is still under investigation at this time.

The damage to the vehicle was estimated to be over $1500.00

Victim reported to Deputy that an employee has been stealing items from the business for a period of time. Victim stated the employee was seen with some of the items reported to be missing. Case is still under investigation.
