On July 29, 2011 at the above location between 2:15pm and 2:32pm unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry by kicking in the front door and stole the above items. A gray in color four door vehicle was seen in the area at the time of the incident. Case still under investigation.

Victim reported that on July, 26th, 2011 suspect took the vehicle for vehicle maitinance and pick up their children. Suspect was suposed to return the vehicle by 1500hrs and did not. Case is under investigation.

Location: 3200 Calle P'O Aepi Santa Fe, New Mexico. (Rufina Rd area)
Suspect: 18 to 21 years old, 5'8 180 pounds with brown hair.
At approximately 3:00 am, on the above date a male was walking home near the above stated location where he was approached by an unknown male assailant demanding money. When the male victim refused to give the suspect money a physical struggle ensued when the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim twice. The injuries were not life threatening and the unknown suspect is pending further investigation. The victim was treated and released from St. Vincent's Hospital.

On 07-29-2011, Deputies responded to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle at the above stated location. The above stated vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of the Cedar Creek Apartments in the early morning hours. Suspects are pending further investigation.
Stolen items were valued at under $ 3,500.00

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS STOPPED FOR A TRAFFIC VIOLATION. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE. SUSPECT WAS ALSO FOUND TO HAVE A SUSPENDED LICENSE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTE AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. VEHICLE WAS RELEASED TO THE OWNER (PASSENGER).

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT HIS 10 YOA SON WAS GOING INTO HIS BEDROOM TO PLAY HIS GAME WHEN HE OBSERVED AN UNIDENTIFIED JUVENILE MALE REACHING THOUGH THE OPEN WINDOW AND TAKEN HIS WII GAME CONSOLE, WHICH HAD ONE GAME INSIDE OF IT. SUSPECT RAN AWAY EAST BOUND AND WAS DISCRIBED AS A 14 TO 16 YOA HISPANIC MALE WEARING A WHITE HAT AND T-SHIRT. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED: 42" PANASONIC FLAT SCREEN TV, SONY 32" FLAT SCREEN, FIVE PSP-2 GAMES AND A WINDOW SCREEN, ITEMS VALUED AT $2,900.00.
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED SHE AND HER SON LEFT THE HOUSE AROUND 9:25 PM AND RETURNED ABOUT 9:50 PM AND FOUND WHERE SOMEONE HAD CUT THE SCREEN TO AN OPEN WINDOW AND ENTERED THEIR HOUSE. VICTIM REPORTED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS HAD BEEN REMOVED. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.
