Deputies were dispatched to the Jail in reference to the suspect assaulting a correction officer. Suspect was charged and rebooked.

Victim: 28 year old female Las Vegas NM

Victim and suspect started arguing when the altercation became physical. The suspect choked the victim and pushed her. There was physical evidence of the battery. The suspect was taken into custody and booked.

Suspect was called in as a suspicious vehicle driving in the area. Deputies located the vehicle and the driver showed signs of impairment. She was arrested, refused a breath test and was booked

2021006389 / Burglary, Larceny / 8-12-21

Location: Residence on Gunbarrel Road, North Santa Fe County

Stolen: S&W .38 caliber revolver

Sometime within the past 2 weeks someone unlawfully entered the victim's vehicle and stole a S&W handgun.

Location: 2300 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Diedre Wols, 28 YOF, Santa Fe, NM

On Thursday, August 12th, 2021, deputies were patrolling the above area when they received a Lo Jack hit regarding a stolen motor vehicle. The vehicle, a 2001 Dodge Caravan, was located with suspect in possession of the car. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. During a subsequent search, methamphetamines, heroin and fentanyl were located. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim: 44 Year Old Female

Location: 1000 Block of Evergreen Drive

Victim keeps her firearm on her entertainment center.  She observed it in June.  She suspects a family member which she will not name. Firearm was entered into NCIC. Case is pending.

2021006367/ burglary/ 8/11/21

Location: Hoazous Road

Deputies responded to the above address for a burglary. A gold in color 2001Dodge Grand Caravan was stolen from the garage. NM plate MAY969. The vehicle was entered into NCIC and a BOLO was put out to the surrounding agencies.

Victim: 64 Year Old Male

Vehicle taken: 1984 Ford F-350 white in color

Victims vehicle was stolen sometime last year. Victim advised he may have seen it recently in Torrance County. Case is pending.
