Victim: 67 Year old male

Suspect was given the vehicle to get methadone and failed to return to the vehicle.

2021006067/Aggravated Battery on a household member/7.30.21

Suspect: Louis Gonzales 42 Santa Fe NM

Victim: 48 Year old female

The suspect choked his wife during an argument and fled the scene prior to the arrival of deputies. A warrant was drafted for his arrest.

Victim: Mary Woody 34 Roswell NM

Traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle where the registration did not match the vehicle it was on. It was discovered the vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen. The driver was taken into custody and booked.

Suspect: Edgar Mondrigal 20 Santa Fe NM

Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and it was discovered he had six warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody and booked.

location: Forest Road 24, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Richard Maes 30 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to single motor vehicle crash,  During the investigation, it was learned about subject admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.  SFST were administered and subject showed signs of impairment.  NM implied consent advisory act was read, which he refused to submit to a breath test. Subject was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Richard Padilla 24 yoa, Espanola, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a narcotic violation.  Above subject was found with cocaine and suboxone. The subject was rebooked accordingly.

A death was in the El Rancho area. The death was natural. No foul play was observed.

Suspect: David Padilla

Mr. Padilla was involved in a motor vehicle crash and through a NCIC check had a revoked license. Mr. Padilla did not have an interlock in his vehicle. He was arrested and booked on the charges of driving while license revoked, following to closely, and no insurance.

Suspect: Danny Sanchez 52 Hernandez NM

Suspect was stopped by Pojoaque Police for an equipment violation and discovered the driver was revoked due to a DUI and non native. Deputies responded and arrested the driver.

 Deputies made contact with the suspect during a motorist assist conducted by Pojoaque Police. The suspect had a warrant for her arrest and was booked.
