Victim:  Lorenzo Sanchez, 56, santa Fe, NM

Between 11:00 AM on 8-18-2010 and 8:45 PM on 8-20-2010 person(s) unknown utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location by by breaking a window.  Once entry was gaine, person(s) unknown removed two TVs, a 30-06 caliber rifle, a 12 gauge shotgun, miscellaneous jewelry and $80.00 in cash.

Location: Sandia Lane- Eldorado

On 08-19-10 the victim reported that someone had utilized her debit card to make purchases over the internet. The victim reported that  she used the card at a local restaurant on 08-14-10. The victim was contacted by her bank in the afternoon of the 14th, questioning the use of the card for the internet purchases. The victim was still in possession of the card at the time of report. The victim believes that the cashier at the restaurant may have copied the card number and made the transactions. The case is currently under investigation.

Stolen: Copper Wire

Value: $5,000.00

On 08-18-10 the victim reported that on 08-16-10 at approximately 1:30pm a silver Hyundai Elantra pulled into the property and drove to the rear of the business. The vehicle returned at about 4:20pm, but could not drive to the back of the property because the gates were locked. On 08-17-10 the victim reported that he found that several rolls of wire had been stolen from the property. On 08-18-10 the vehicle returned but again could not access the rear of the business. The case is currently under investigation.

Arrested: Stephen Martinez - age 52, Edgewood, NM

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. During the traffic stop, the driver exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .24BrAC. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

On 8-18-10, between 9:30am and 5:45pm, suspect(s) entered the victim's residence through a bedroom window and numerous pieces of jewelry, estimated in value of $40,000. 00 total. At the time of report, no suspects or witnesses had been identified.

On 8-18-10, between 8:30am and 5:00pm, suspect(s) entered the victim's residence through a window. Various jewelry items were stolen from inside with a total estimated value of $8000.00. At the time of report no suspects or witnesses were identified.

On 8-18-10, sometime during the day, someone entered his residence through an unlocked door and stole a computer, flatscreen television, and power tools. No suspects or witnessess have been identified.
