Victim: Ramon Bednarz, Age: 73

On 05-27-10 the victim collapsed and died after playing tennis for 90 minutes. There was no signs of foul play. Case is still under investigation.

 Victim reported that on 05-26-10 someone used her bank  information to make 49 transaction through out the U.S..  Her bank contacted her and placed a freeze on her account. It is unknown at this time what the total amount of purchases is.

 Victim reported that sometime between 01-01-10 and 05-27-10 his friend sold his motorcycle that he had parked in his friend's garage. The motorcycle was sold to a motorcycle shop in Albuquerque who in turn sold it to someone else.

 On 05-27-10 an employee at the ECO Scapes reported that some one had broke the lock off their utility trailer and stole the Ground Tamper. This took place between 05-26-10 5:00 PM and 05-27-10 08:00 AM.

Supect: Pending

Victim reported that  on 05-27-10 between the hours of 12:00 AM and 07:00 AM someone gained entry to her vehicle through an unsecured door. Once inside the suspect attempted to remove the stereo system. The only thing taken was the stereo face plate.

Arrested: Victor Perales age: 30

On 05-26-2010 the above individual was placed under arrest after being found to have 3 active bench warrants. One warrant was out of Union County, one out of Santa Fe County, and one out of the City of Santa Fe. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

0210004300 Death Investigation

Location: 100 block of Los Pinos Road (La Cienega area), Santa Fe NM

Deputies responded to the above listed area in reference to a medical call. Upon arrival medical personal did not find any signs of life and valid DNR was in place. There were no signs of foul play located at the residence. This case is under investigation by the Sheriff’s Department.

Location: Camino Loma (La Cienega area), Santa Fe NM

Stolen: DVD player, DVD movies, Misc. Jewelry, $50.00 cash

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 7:20am and 2:05pm some unknown person burglarized her residence. Unlawful entry was gained by damaging a window on the west facing door. The above listed items were stolen and valued at about $2650.00

Victim reported that sometime between 08:30 AM and 1:00 PM this date unknown supects gained forced entry in to his residence.  Once inside the suspects stole a TV, 4 external computer hard drives, 2 computers, 5 digital cameras and a blanket. The items were valued at $46,000.00.

Victim reported that someone forced entry to his residence through some french doors at the rear side of the residence. Once inside the suspect stole several power tools and a 45 cal. handgun.
