Stolen: Jar of coin’s (USA money)

Victim reported that on 5/2/10 some time between 12:00noon and 3:00pm some unknown person burglarized his residence and stole the above listed items valued at about $140.00. Unlawfully entry was made through an unlocked window.

Victim reported that an ex-roomate obtained one of his personal checks, forged it and issued it to himself in the amount of $300.00.  Further investigation into this matter is pending.

Stolen: Flatscreen T.V. and a Playstation 2 with 5 games.

Value: $1,000.00

On 05-02-10 between 0800-hours and 2221-hours, someone gained entry into the residence.The unknown suspect (S) gained entry through an unlocked rear door. Once inside the uknown suspect (s) went through the residence. The uknown susect then removed the above items. Suspect information is pending.

Arrested: Alexa Bauer age: 49

Charges: D. W. I. .Reckless Driving, and Open Container

On 05-01-2010 Deputies pulled up on a motor vehicle crash at the above location. During the investigation of the crash, it was learned that  the driver had consumed about 4 glasses of wine. The driver was unable to perform the SFSt's, do to the severity of her injuries. The driver was given a blood draw to obtain the driver's BAC level. The driver was trasnported to the Santa Fe Coumty jail and booked accordingly

Location: Interstate 25 mile marker 293

Arrested: Robert Vigil age: 31

Charges: Roadway Laned for Traffic and D. W. I.

On 05-02-2010 a traffic stop was conducted on a black Ford Mustang after it was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. Upon making contact with the driver, signs of impairment were noted. The driver refused to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Dept. The driver submitted to a breath test. His results were .11/.10 BrAC. The driver was then booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Arrested: John DeVargas age: 45

Charges: D.W.I. Careless Driving, and No Insurance

On 05-01-2010 Deputy Shannon Coles was advised my a motorist of a possibly impaired motorist. Deputy Coles located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. While making contact with the above individual, Deputy Coles observed signs of impairment. The driver submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver was read the NM Implied Consent Act and agreed to testing. The driver's breath test results were .11/.13 BrAC. The driver was then transported to the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

Missing: John Hyman 40 years old, Edgewood NM

On this date it was reported that the above listed person was missing from his residence after leaving on 4/30/10. Missing person was last seen wearing blue jeans, black t-shirt, described as a white male 6’2, 230lbs, blue eyes and brown hair.

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 10:45am and 8:45pm some unknown person unlawfully entered the residence and stole the above listed items valued at about $536.00

Stolen: Play Station, Wii, Camcorder in case, digital camera, Misc. Jewelry, check book, Two boxes of pennies, Remington 30-06 Rifle.

Victim reported between Saturday May 1, 2010 at 1:00pm and this date 2:45pm an unknown person(s) pried open the south facing back door and took above items valued at about $920.00

Location: 3221 Rodeo Road (Chavez Center), Santa Fe NM

Stolen: Red purse, 2 coach wallets, NM Drivers license.

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 1:00pm and 1:45pm some unknown person broke the passenger side front window and stole the above items valued at about $255.00. Victim advised the vehicle was parked in the parking lot when the incident took place.
