Stolen: 1 ton of pellets, hand tools, riding lawn mower, push mower, weed eater, shop tools, compressor.
Victim reported that after returning home from being in California for several months he noticed that his house had been burglarized. The above listed items were stolen from within the garage and were valued at about $3720.00

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 8:00am and 3:00pm some unknown person forced entry into her residence and stole the above listed items valued at about $2900.00.

Victim reported that on this date she went to her guest house at about 2:30pm, and found that the back door had been forcefully opened. At this time it did not appear anything was missing. The damage to the door was estimated at about $350.00

Victim reported that sometime between 0910 hours 1035 hours on 4/21/10 an unknown suspect gained forced entry into his residence through a back door. Unknown suspects took 2 small jewelry boxes that contained his wife's misc. costume jewelry which was on the bathroom vanity. Estimated value of items taken is $50.00. Estimated damage amount is $300.00.

Location: open field southwest of Avenida del Sur and A van U Po, Santa Fe, NM
Victim: 36 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
On 4/21/10 at about 1220 hours 3 bicyclists observed a silver in color Dodge pickup in an open field just south of Avenida del Sur and A van U Po. Bicyclists indicated that they observed a male subject lying next to the truck who was unresponsive. Bicyclists contacted 911. Deputies arrived on scene and located the male unresponsive and not breathing. Investigations and OMI arrived on scene and took over investigation.

Arrested: Edwin Garcia, 24 years old, Santa Fe NM
Deputies dispatched to the above address in reference to a domestic dispute at about 9:10pm. Suspect had battered the victim by holding him down and punching him in the face multiple times.
Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly into The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim advised between the hours of 1030hrs and 1755hrs an unknown person(s) entered her house. Once inside the suspect(s) removed above listed items. Valued at about $900.00.There was no obvious signs of forced entry to the residence

Stolen: Microwave, Laptop, 3 tool boxes with tools.
Victim reported that on this date he arrived home and saw a white pickup truck, with a Hispanic male about in his early thirties leaving his driveway and drove west on Old Santa Fe Trail. The suspect then went to the back door and used a hidden key to enter the residence. Upon entering the above items were stolen valued at about $3500.00

Location: residence off of Rancho La Acequias, Santa Fe, NM (Nambe)
On 4/20/10 victim left at 0900 hours and returned home at 1130 hours to find his kitchen window open and his front door unlatched. Victim stated he locked his door prior to leaving. Unknown suspects took a 42" Panasonic TV, a 22" Toshiba TV, an Apple Imac desktop computer, a wireless keyboard, and a wireless computer mouse. No damage was located. Estimated value of items taken is $3715.00.
