Sometime between 11-07-09 10:00PM and 11-08-09 07:00 AM someone broke in to two vehicles at the above location. Taken were some tools, stereo systems, an oxygen tank and some sunglasses.

Charged: Agg. DWI, open container, No insurance, No registration
On 11/6/09 RECC advised of a hit & run crash on State Road 106 and US 84/285, a bolo was issued where the vehicle was traveling south. Pojoaque Police located the vehicle. SFST's were conducted and suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and refused to submit to a breath test. An open container was found in the vehicle. Suspect could not provide insurance or current registration. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the above date, the above named officer was dispateched to the above location regarding a violent domestic disturbance. Upon arrival victim advised that the defendant had beat her thorughout the night. Victim had several injuries, which were photographed. The victim refused medical treatment. Contact was made with the defendant at a neighbors home where he was arrested and transported to the adult detention center.

`On the above date, the above named officer was dispatched to the above location regarding a violent domestic disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, investigation revielled that the defendant had battered the victim after arguing. The defednatn was arrested ant transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly.

On the above date, the above named officer was sent to a the scene of a traffic stop to assist another officer. The defendant was stopped for failure to maintain his lane of traffic. Officer noted signs of impairment, and defendant failed field tests. defednant was arrested and while booking him, officer discovered a folded dollar bill with a white powdery substance, which field tested posittive for cocaine.

On 11-07-09 at approximately 8:42 AM the victim reported that there was a male subject in a vehicle speeding around the MHP. When she met up with the vehicle she honked for it to move out of the middle of the roadway where it was stopped. After she drove by she saw in her rear view mirror a male exit the vehicle and point a rifle at her. The male subject then got back in the vehicle and fled the area.

On 11-05-09 the victim reported that sometime between 11-04-09 6:00PM and 11-05-09 06:00AM someone gained entry to his construction site and stole a John Deer Backhoe and a John Deer Catapillar. Both tracktors were entered in to N.C. I. C..
