0209000142 MISSING PERSON

Deputy Assigned: Nathan Segura

Location: Roys Way, Santa Fe. NM

On 1/6/09 Carla Vigil reported that on 1/1/09 her 15 year old daughter ran away from home. Vigil stated she knows her daughter is in Grants NM with her boyfriend. Vigil advised that she has spoke with Grants PD and as soon as her daughter is entered into NCIC they will pick her up. Female was entered into NCIC on this date.

CASE 0209000116 / ABUSE ABANDONMENT OF A CHILD / 01-05-2009

OFFICER ASSIGNED:  DEPUTY VANESSA HAYES

COMMANDER:  SGT CLIFTON COLEMAN

LOCATION:  100 BLOCK OF CAMINO DEL RINCON, POJOAQUE AREA

On this date deputies responded to the Pojoaque High School in reference to a CYFD request on a possible child abuse.  !6 yoa female victim reported that she received injuries to her face and arms from her mother and her aunt.  Victim reported she was held on the floor and punched in the eye.  Investigation showed where victim suffers from mental issuses and is not taking her medication.  Victim was taken to St. Vincents Hospital for treatment.  Case is under investigation at this time.

CASE 0209000121 / WARRANT / 01-05-2009

OFFICER ASSIGNED:  DEPUTY EWARD WEBB JUNIOR

COMMANDER:  SGT. CLIFTON COLEMAN

LOCATION: 4200 BLOCK OF AIRPORT ROAD, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  STEVE ATILANO, 32 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  WARRANT

On this date Santa Fe County Electronic Monitoring called and advised that the suspect was there and they have an active warrant for his arrest.  Deputy arrived and took suspect into custody without incident and transported him to the Adult Detention Center.

CASE 0209000124 / AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER / 01-05-2009

OFFICER ASSIGNED:  DEPUTY EDWARD WEBB JUNIOR

COMMANDER:  SGT. CLIFTON COLEMAN

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK CAMINO BAJO

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED ASSULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER

ARRESTED JUVENILE, 14 YOA MALE

On this date victim called and reported that his 14 yoa son and him were involved in an altercation and his son pulled a buther knife on him and told him that he was going to stab him.  Deputy's arrived and found that the son had left the house on foot.  Victim reported that he had to have deputy's help him with his son about five hours ago.  Victim reported that his son had been yelling at him for the last five house when he grabbed his son by the shirt and told him to stop it.  He stated his son then pulled away from him and grabbed the knife and told him to go a ahead and come at him or hit him and he would stab him.  Victim left the room and called the Sheriff's Office and his son ran out of the house.  Son was located later on and was arrested and taken to the Juvenile Detention Center on above listed charges.

0209000095 Ciminal Damage to Property

Locaton: 5984 Airport Road, Santa Fe NM

Items damaged: (6) 2'x6' Glass Windows

Victim's reported that sometime between 7:30 pm on January 4th, 2009 and 7:30am on January 5th 2009 unknown persons shot out (6) 2'X6' business windows at the above location with a BB gun. Victim's estimated it would cost over $5000.00 to replace the windows at the three business.

Case#: 0209000092, Aggravated Battery against a household member, Aggravated Assault, Date: 01/04/09

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Gerald Lovato

Commander entering:  Sgt. Linda Ortiz

Location:  Santa Fe County Road 84B, Santa Fe, NM (San Ildelfonso Pueblo)

Suspect:  Lenny Carreno, age 21, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated Battery against a household member, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

On 1/4/09 deputy was dispatched to SFC Road 84B in reference to a domestic dispute.  Victim stated that suspect had called her over in which an argument began so victim backed up her vehicle and left the area.  Victim stated that suspect began to follow her and rammed his vehicle into hers.  Victim stated that this happened several times.  A witness had stopped to help victim and was going to check on her when suspect rammed his vehicle into victim's vehicle once again and victim's vehicle hit witnesses' vehicle.  Suspect got out of his vehicle and threatened witness and daughter with a machete.  Everyone left scene and victim proceeded to where argument began and police arrived.  No one was injured.  Suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  Suspect was also booked on a probation violation.

0209000061 Burglary 01-03-09

Location Of Incident: Avenida De Young / Edgewood

Suspect: Pending

Sometime between 09-15-08 and 01-03-09 someone unlawfully entered a residence at the above location and stole a dishwasher, a stackable washer and dryer and two dinner chairs. There was no forced entry.

CASE 02090000072 / UNLAWFUL TAKEN OF A MOTOR VEHICLE / 01-03-2009

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF LAS ESTRELLAS, DOWNS OF SANTA FE AREA

ITEM STOLEN:  1997 PLYMOUTH STRATUS VALUED AT $1,500.00

On this date victim called and reported that he gave permission to the suspect to take his vehicle to run some errands.  Suspect failed to return the vehicle.  Suspect was contacted and refused to give any information on where or what happened to vehicle.  Case is under investigation at this time.  Vihicle is listed into the NCIC System as a stolen vehicle.

CASE 02090000070 / DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS/ 01-03-2009

DEPUTY ASSIGNED:  DEPUTY BRIAN MARKLEY

COMMANDER:  SGT. CLIFTON COLEMAN

LOCATION:  STATE ROAD 14, RANCHO VIEJO AREA, SANTA FE

ARRESTED:  MAXINE G. MOORE, 67 YOA FEMALE

CHARGES:  DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS WARRANT

On this date suspect was north bound on State Road 14, failing to maintain her lane of the roadway.  Deputy stopped suspect and found she had a revoked drivers license due to a DWI conviction.  Dispatch advised that the suspect also had a warrant for her arrest for failure to comply out of Magistrate Court here in Santa Fe.  Suspect was arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Center and booked.

CASE 02090000068 / ASSAULT AND BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER-INTERFERNCE WITH COMMUNICATIONS / 01-03-2009

DEPUTY ASSIGNED:  DEPUTY BOB CLARK

COMMANDER:  SGT. CLIFTON COLEMAN

LOCATION;  2700 BLOCK OF SYCAMORE LOOP, SANTA FE, NM

ARRESTED:  JOE PENA, 54 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  ASSAULT OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER AND INTERFERNCE WITH COMMUNICATIONS

On this date victim called 911 due to a domestic between her and her husband, when the suspect took the telephone away from her. to stop her from calling for help.  Officers arrived and victim and suspect advised that they were in an agrument over going to AAA meetings.  Suspect pushed victim down and in the process scrached her face.   Suspect was intoxicated.  Suspest was arrested on above listed charges and taken to the Adult Detention Center.
