Case: 0208008480 / AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON / 09-29-2008

On this date the victim reported to the Sheriffs Office that he was being tailgated by a white car with tow males inside of it.  They all entered the parking lot and he confronted suspects about their driving.  During the argument, one of the suspects pulled a batton or a knife and yelled he was going to beat him.  Victim called and reported incident, and suspects left the area before deputies arrived.  Case under investigation at this time.

LOCATION: LOS PINOS ROAD / KELLOG LANE

ARRESTED: KENNETH GUARDUNO, 51YOA MALE

CHARGES: FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT

On this date the above listed suspect was located by deputies while they were at  burglary call.  While deputies were conducting investigation it was discovered suspect had an active warrant for his arrest for failure to appear.  He was taken into custody with out incident and taken to the Adult Detention Center.

Missing Person: Kimberlee Gonzales. 36 years old, Santa Fe NM

On this date the above mentioned person was reported missing by her family. Kimberly was last seen leaving her residence in a silver 2008 Chrysler PT-Cruiser on 9/28/2008 at about 8:30am. Kimberly has not taken her prescription medication in a couple of days and is in need of them. Kimberley’s vehicle was located outside Socorro NM, and she had been given a ride to a truck stop in Socorro NM by a tow truck driver. Kimberly told the tow truck driver that she was in route to Las Cruces NM. Kimberly has been entered into NCIC

0208008447 DUI 09-28-08

Location: Airport and Jemez Rd. SFNM

Arrested: Leonell Dominguez 26yoa

On the above date, the above officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for almost colliding with another vehicle.  Upon making contact, the defendant displayed signs of impairment and was arrested.  The defendant had a .11 BrAC and was transported and booked at the adult detention facility.

Arrested: Joey Suazo 40yoa

On the above date, the above officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failure to maintain his lane of traffic.  Upon making contact with the defendant, he displayed signs of impairment.  The defendant was arrested and refused to submit to a chemical test.  Upon conducting a vehcle invetory two open container of beer were located.  Defendant was transported and booked at the adult dentention center.

Case: 0208008442 / AGGRAVATED ASSUALT, BATTERY AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY / 09-27-2008

Location:  1300 block of Nelson Loop, West Alameda area

Deputy Assigned:  Deputy Julie York

Suspect:  pending

Charges:  pending

On this date victim contact Sheriff's Office to report that his brother had punched him in the face, then pushed over his motorcycle causing damage to it, then started driving in in a reckless and doing donuts in the yard.  Victim reported that his brother was trying to run over him with the car while he was doing the donuts. Victim reported that suspect was on cocaine and the fight started because he wanted money to buy more drugs.  Investigation showed where suspect had been involved in a domestic with his girlfreind in the city.  Case and charges are still pending due to on going investigation.  Suspect at this time has not been located.

Location: Airport Road at San Felipe Road - Airport Road Area

Arrested: Arturo Rdriguez-Alverez, 20 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

A Sheriff's Deputy observed the above named defendant driving a motorcycle at a high rate of speed, passing other motorists on the shoulder and weaving dangerously through traffic. The vehicle was stopped and the driver arrested and charged accordingly for reckless driving and driver must be licensed.

Location: 3600 Block of Gunnison Road / Airport Road area

Arrested: Stephanie Jaramillo, 19 yoa female

The above named defendant was operating a motor vehicle at said location while Deputies were investigating a criminal damage to property call. The victim identified a passing vehicle as the car the suspects fled in. A stop was conducted in the mobile home park and the driver was found to be intoxicated. Following testing, the suspect was arrested for Aggravated DWI. A 17 year old female was a passenger in the vehicle and was also identified as the suspect that damaged the victim's vehicle. The juvenile female was also intoxicated and had been provided with the liquor by the above listed suspect. The juvenile was released to parents by order of Juvenile Probation. The above listed defendant was booked accordingly into the county jail.

Arrested: Garnis Hagen, 66 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: DWI, Roadways laned for traffic

Deputy observed the above named defendant driving a motor vehicle at said location. The driver was weaving as he drove down the roadway and a traffic stop was conducted. The defendant was subsequently arrested and booked accordingly into the county jail following a legal blood draw.

Location: St. Francis Drive at Zia Road intersection

Arrested: Bridget Fritz, 46 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, Open Container

The above named defendant was observed by a Deputy driving in reverse gear on St. Francis Drive onto Zia Road. In the process of backing, the suspect struck the curb.  Following the traffic stop, the defendant was found to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs. The defendant was tested and subsequently arrested. The defendant refused to submit to chemical testing and was booked into the county jail on said charges.
