Item Stolen: JVC TV, DVD Movies(10), 5pr Boots, Misc. Clothing, and legal documents.

Victim reported that between 8:00am and 5:00pm on 7/26/2008 some unknown person(s) broke the east facing window to his residence and stole the above listed items valued between $1000.00 and $1200.00. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

0208006517 LARCENY

Item Stolen: Cash Money

Victim reported that since Jan 2008 she had been giving her son's girlfriend who lived with her $760.00 a month to pay the mortgage payment. Victim continued giving the money for several months until called from the mortgage company and notified that the payment had been showing up short several hundred dollars each month.

0208006506 UNLAWFUL TAKING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

Item Stolen: White/Orange 2007 Bobcat tractor, model S250

Victim reported that sometime between 5:30pm on 7/28/08 and 6:30am on 7/29/08 some unknown person(s) stole his 2007 Bobcat valued at about 45000.00. The Bobcat was parked in the dirt of the Bosquecillo road construction site. The vheicle was driven to the road and loaded on to an unknown vehicle. This vehicle was entered into NCIC and the incident is currerntly under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Items Stolen: Miller (Mig) Welder

Victim reported that sometime between 4:00pm on 7/28/2008 and 6:45am on 7/29/2008 some unknown person(s) forced thier way through the south entry door and stole a blue  Miller Welder valued at about $4000.00. This incident is currently under investigation.

0208006546 / Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle / 7-29-08

Vehicle: 2003 Hummer H2, Black in color, NM GYL101

On 7/29/08, victim reported the above vehicle stolen between 7/18/08 and 7/29/08. The vehicle was parked in a community parking lot for the period of time. No suspects are known at this time. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Location: Peaks Place, Tesuque, NM

Arrested: Teresa Estrada - age 44, Tesuque, NM

Deputy responded to a domestic dispute at the above address. Victim reported he was scratched by his wife on the neck and arm. Injuries were visible and the above suspect was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

Arrested: Shayne Swann - age 28, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect was involved in a single motor vehicle crash. Driver showed signs of impairment and upon arrest, refused to submit to a breath test. Driver was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for his injuries and he battered two nurses. Suspect was also charged for possession of marijuana which was located in his vehicle at the time of crash.

Suspects: Pending

On 7/28/2008 victim reported that sometime between 7/27/2008 1:30pm and 7/28/2008 some unknown person(s) burglarized his smoke shop and stole money and assorted smoking products. Unlawful entry was gained through the north side locked window. This incident is currently under investigation by the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office.

0208006473 UNATTENDED DEATH

Location : Pinion Drive, Edgewood NM

On 7/28/08 Deputies responded to Pinion Drive Edgewood NM, In reference to an unattended death. Santa Fe County Medics were on scene and were unable to resuscitate the 63 year of age female. It was reported that the deceased had prior medical issues and there were no signs of foul play. OMI pronounced the time of death at 11:08am.

Case#: 0208006497/ Driving on a suspended/revoked driver's license, Reckless driving, Driver must be licensed/ Date: 07/28/08

Location of arrest:  SR599 mm 12, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Francisco Jasso, age 23, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Driving on suspended/revoked driver's license, Reckless Driving, Driver must be licensed

On 7/28/08, driver was observed popping wheelies southbound on SR 599 and driving in a reckless manner.  A traffic stop was initiated, and it was learned that the driver had a revoked license with the arrest clause.  Driver did not have a motorcycle endorsement on his driver's license.  He was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
