Arrested: Jeffrey Huska, 40 yoa Santa Fe, NM

The above named arrested individual was driving his vehicle northbound on Highway 14 and intentionally engaged his high beam headlights directly into the eyes of Deputy Brian Markley, who was driving southbound and about to pass. Deputy Markley initiated a traffic stop and discovered that the above named individual's NM driver's license was revoked and was found to be in possession of cocaine, open container of alcoholic beverage and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and booked accordingly on numerous charges.

On the above date the victim reported that someone gained entry to his 2006 Volkswagen Jetta through an unlocked door. Stolen from the vehicle was a wallet that contained two credit cards and $54.00 in cash. Also taken was a 40mb.MP3 player. There are no suspects at this time.

On 1/18/08 at approx 2355hrs/1155pm, suspect was stopped for speeding, and was found to be intoxicated. Suspect arrestedand submitted to a breath test, where a sample of .13/.13  was obtained. Suspect charged/booked accordingly.

On 1/19/08 at 0120hrs/am, Suspect was stopped for failing to maintain his lane, and was found to be impaired. Suspect was arrested,and submitted to a breath test, where his BAC was .16/.15. Suspect charged/booked accordingly.
