On Wednesday, August 12, 2020 Deputies responded to the location in reference to a Burglary.  Victim reported someone unlawfully entered his shed and stole the listed items sometime between 2:00PM and 6:00PM on August 11, 2020.  There is no suspect info at this time.

2020010372 / Burglary / 8/11/2020

Stolen: earphones case

Deputy Lujan was dispatched to the area in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. It was learned that the suspect broke the front window and stolen the above item.

2020-010355 Aggravated DWI 8/11/20

Suspect: Julian Dunmore /Age: 23

Charges: Aggravated DWI

On 8/11/2020, at approximately 12:00am deputies responded to a report of a reckless driver traveling northbound on US 84/285 at mile post 176. The vehicle was located on the side of the roadway. Contact was made with the driver who appeared to be impaired. The driver agreed to perform SFST's. The driver SFST's were performed poorly. The driver provided a chemical sample resulting in .28/.28. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the ADC.

2020-010354 Fraudulent use of a credit card 8/10/2020

On August 10, 2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards a fraud use of a credit card. The victim reported she lost her credit card. The victim reported after realizing she did not have her credit card in her possession, the victim checked her credit card statement. The victim identified that an unidentified person(s) fraudulently used the credit card several times in various locations in Santa Fe County. The total amount charged on the card was $268.00.

2020010349 / Death investigation

Location Residence on Tesuque Village Rd.

Deceased: 38 year-old male

On August 10, 2020 a 38 year old male was found deceased by a friend. The investigation revealed he committed suicide and there were no signs of foul play.

2020010344 / Unlawful Taking of a motor vehicle

Vehicle: 2010 Pace Utility Trailer 4 X 8

Between June 10, 2020 and August 10, 2020 an unknown suspect(s) removed without permission the above listed trailer. It is unclear how the suspect(s) entered the locked storage yard. Case is under investigation.

Victim: 76 Year Old Male, Santa Fe, NM

On this date, deputies responded to the area in reference to a male subject that was found not conscious and not breathing. OMI arrived on scene and no foul play was found during the investigation.

2020010324-Unattended Death-08/08/2020

Deputy Assigned: V. Rodriguez

Location: 100 Block of Gavilan Pl

Victim: 78 Year Old Male

Deputies responded to location in  reference to an ambulance assist. Victim suffered from medical issues.  OMI arrived on scene and no foul play was found. OMI determined it was natural causes.

2020010311 / Driving While Revoked / 8-7-2020

Location: 168 mile marker US 84/285 (Tesuque)

Suspect: Chase Smith / 22 year old male / Santa Fe, NM

Male was observed traveling at a high rate of speed. He was driving while license revoked. Chase was arrested and booked accordingly.

2020010303/Larceny/08-07-2020

Location: Interstate 25 Milepost 267, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: 25 Gallon Air Compressor, Red Craftsmen Generator, Lincoln Ranger Welder (Total Value: $9500)

On Friday, August 7th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a larceny.  The investigation found the above items were stolen by unknown persons between 5:00 pm on 08-06-2020 and 7:00 am on 08-07-2020.  This case remains under investigation and no suspect information is available at this time.
