Location: 100 Block Rancho Sin Vacas, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: German Solis, 19 YOM

On Sunday, December 25, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arriving in the area, contact was made with the above individual. During the investigation, it was learned the subject had an active bench warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked without incident.

2022007370/Possession of controlled substance/Warant X2/No Operational tail lights/ License Revoked

Suspect: Javier Duran 39 YOM 

Deputy conducted traffic stop on vehicle and it was learned the driver was driving on an invalid-revoked license. Suspect was arrested and found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: Kevin Sullivan 36 YOM 

Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a recovered stolen vehicle. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the suspect was driving a stolen vehicle with a stolen license plate that did not belong to the vehicle being driven. Suspect was arrested and booked

Suspect: Amy Hricsina 46 YOF 

Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a recovered stolen vehicle. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the suspect was a passenger inside the stolen vehicle. Suspect had three active warrants and was found in possession of a controlled substance.

Stolen: Electric Bicycle 

Deputy dispatched to location in reference to a burglary. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned unknown suspect(s) entered the unsecured residence between 12/15/2022 and 12/18/2022. It was determined the suspect(s) entered the home and took the bicycle . Investigation is on-going.

Arrested: Isiah Zamora, 19 YOM, Santa Fe, NM

On the above date, deputies were dispatched to the county jail in reference to a male who had an active arrest warrant. The above subject's ID was verified and it was determined that the subject did have a warrant for his arrest. Subject was re-booked for the warrant (original charges- Harassment, Concealing ID, and Reckless Driving)

Arrested: Tristen Tafoya, 25 YOF, Espanola, NM 

On the above date, deputies were dispatched to the county jail in reference to a female who had an active arrest warrant. The above subject's ID was verified and it was determined that the subject did have a warrant for her arrest. Subject was re-booked for the warrant (original charges-Shoplifting and Resisting/Evading)

2022007323/Death Investigation/12/21/2022

Deputy Assigned: R. Weber

Location: County Line Road, Edgewood, NM

Victim: 78 YOM

On Wednesday, December 21, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a male who was not conscious and not breathing. Upon arrival, paramedics provided life-saving measures, but the victim was unable to be revived. OMI was summoned and the death appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play.

2022007334/Breaking and Entering/12/21/2022

Location: 700 Block of El Llano Road, Santa Fe, NM

On Wednesday, December 21, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was found an unknown subject gained entry into a residence by breaking a window. This case remains under investigation.

Case #2022007320 Unattended Death

Deceased: 65 yoa mal, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies dispatched to location reference male not conscious not breathing. Life saving measures were attempted. Medical personnel arrived and took over life saving measures. Efforts were unsuccessful. OMI was contacted. No signs of foul play.
