Arrested: Taylor Miskill 28 yoa male (TAOS)

Subject was stopped by Pojoaque PD for speeding. Deputy was alerted to the driver possibly being intoxicated and resumed the investigation. SFST's were conducted and the driver was found to be impaired. He refused chemical testing and was booked accordingly.

Victim advised sometime on June 22, from 5:00 - 5:30 pm unknown suspects stole the listed items from her vehicle.  There were no signs of forced entry.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reported to Deputies that an unknown male stole his vehicle from the establishment while parked in the parking lot. Case under investigation.

Arrested: Jimmy Deraz-Garcia 35 yoa male Santa Fe

Deputy was dispatched to assist Tesuque PD in reference to a possible DWI driver which they had stopped. Investigation revealed the driver had consumed alcoholic beverages prior to driving and showed signs of impairment during testing. He was arrested and provided a breath sample of .16,.16. He was booked into SFADC without further incident.

Arrested: Fidel Montoya 68 yoa male (Stanley) 

A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle the suspect was driving. The driver was found to be revoked due to a prior DWI conviction. During the arrest the driver was found to be in possession of a firearm and found to be a convicted felon. He was arrested and booked without incident.

Victim reported a person in a black Audi arrived at their residence and took a generator which was on their property. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported while parked at the open space area on Old Agua Fria St an unknown person broke a window and stole cash. Case is under investigation.

Suspect was stopped for a speeding violation and found to have been under the influence of alcohol. SFSTs were conducted and the suspect showed signs of impairment. She was arrested and booked without incident.
