Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon deputies arrival there was evidence that a battery had occurred. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail

The listed person was served with an active warrant while incarcerated at the jail.

The listed suspect was arrested by probation and parole agents and was taken to the Santa Fe County Jail to be booked in. While the booking process was occurring she was found to have controlled substance in her person. The listed person was re-booked into the jail with the additional charges.

Deputies were dispatched to the location for a welfare check on a male. Upon arrival, deputies located the deceased male in the home. There was no signs of foul play. OMI was contacted and responded to the scene.

Victim reported to Deputy that she received a bill from an establishment claiming she owes money for an outstanding bill. Victim responded to the establishment that she did not have an account with them and notified Law Enforcement. Case is under investigation.

Victim: 72 Year Old Female

Location: Wheat Street

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Upon arrival it was learned the suspect had been drinking heavily and making repeated threats of violence to victim. Victim continually expressed concern for her safety due to the current state of mind of suspect. Suspect was placed under arrest and charged accordingly without incident. No one received any physical injury during this incident.

Victim reported a checkbook stolen out of his mailbox and two checks cashed.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Jesus Rodeles-Castillo(29)

Victim: 29 Year Old Female

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned the suspect fled the scene in his Buick SUV. The suspect was later located by Deputies and detained pending further investigation. Upon further investigation at the scene it was also learned the suspect battered the victim during an argument over ongoing infidelity issues. The suspect constantly accuses the victim of cheating on him with her older children’s father. The suspect was subsequently arrested and booked in to the Santa Fe County Detention Facility.

Victim reported her significant other battered her, damaged a window and swung a 9" electric grinder at her.  Suspect fled the area, case is under investigation.
