On 09/19/17 the above individual was taken into custody at the above residence, after learning he had multiple Municipal Court Warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On 09/19/17 the above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court on the above warrant. The warrant was for failing to appear on the original charges of Driving on a Suspended License, Speeding, Driver's License not in Possession, No Insurance.

On the listed date at approximately 4:47 PM the listed suspect was involved in a crash at the listed intersection with three children in the vehicle under the age of three years old. The suspect admitted to consuming two shots prior to driving the vehicle. The suspect refused to participate in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. He consented to a breath test where he tested .17 and .18.
The suspect was booked on the above charges.

The listed victim stated he was moving from the listed address to Alabama. He utilized a local company to pack and move his belongings . Upon arriving at his destination several small items were missing including the listed firearm. The firearm was entered into NCIC. Case is under investigation.

On the aforementioned date, Deputes responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a Fugitive from Justice. Upon arrival, I was discovered that the above mentioned male subject had an active warrant out of McClain County, Oklahoma for unauthorized use of a vehicle. The male subject was re-booked without incident.

Person Arrested: Kathleen Martinez, 40 year old female subject
On the aforementioned date, Deputies conducted a traffic stop for traffic violation on the above mentioned female driver. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the female had a revoked driver's license with the arrest clause. The female was taken into custody and the vehicle was seized per Santa Fe County's seizure ordinance.

Incident Location: Cuesta Road( Eldorado Area)
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a report of an 82 year old male that was unconscious and not breathing. Upon arrival, medical personnel were rendering medical aid to male subject who was unresponsive. The decedent suffered from per-existing medical conditions. The office of the medical investigator was contacted and no signs of foul play were observed.
