Suspect: Manuel Gutierrez

Deputy War was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a reckless driver.  Deputy War located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop at which time the suspect was identified.  Signs of impairment were observed and the suspect refused to submit to SFST's.  Suspect was arrested and provided a breath sample of .34 .32.  Suspect was booked accordingly.

On 06/09/17 the victim reported his I-phone 7plus while he was at Ten Thousand Waves. The victim stated the phone was on 06/09/17 between 8:00pm and 10:00pm. Suspect information is pending at this time.

 Missing: Stephanie L. Slone – 49 – Santa Fe

The missing person’s mother stated that she last spoke with her daughter at 7:00pm today.  She stated that her daughter was going to Sprout’s Market to purchase an item from someone who was selling it by way of Craigslist.  Ms. Slone was entered into N.C.I.C. as a missing person.

 Suspect: Dennis Gomez – 33 - Santa Fe, NM

Charges: DWI – Child Abuse – Restraints Required (Child) - Speeding

Narrative: The suspect was stopped for going 45mph in a 25mph zone.  When the vehicle was approached it was observed that the driver’s five (5) year old son was not properly restrained in the vehicle. 

The suspect was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests which showed signs of impairment.

The suspect was arrested booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Charge: Rio Arriba Magistrate Court Warrant

On 06-08-17 the above individual was taken into custody on two active arrest warrants for failing to appear. The warrants were issued out of Rio Arriba Magistrate Court. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 06/08/17 the above individual was booked into the Santa  Fe County Adult Detention Center on an outstanding warrant issued out of the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.

Charges: Bringing Contraband into a Place of Imprisonment, Possession of a controlled substance, Driving while license revoked.

On 06/08/17 the above individual was stopped by Pojoaque Tribal PD for improper vehicle equipment. Upon checking the status of the above individuals drivers license status it was learned his license was revoked with the arrest clause. While being booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, the above individual was found to be in possession of a black tar substance, which he was concealing in his person. The above individual was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Kirk William

Deputies were dispatched to NM state road 41 in reference to a road rage incident.  Deputies observed the suspect vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and attempted to catch up to the suspect vehicle.  Suspect vehicle came to a stop at the listed location.  Suspect was detained and it was found the suspect had fired shots at the victim after a road rage incident.  Original location of where the shots were fired was in Edgewood City Limits and the case was turned over to them.

Suspect: Jesse Trujillo

Deputy Trujillo was dispatched to the listed location to assist Pojoaque PD.  Upon arrival it was learned Pojoaque PD had pulled over a driver who had a revoked license.  The suspect was run through DMV and was confirmed to have a revoked license with the arrest clause.  Suspect was arrested and booked.  The vehicle was seized.

Subject # 1 – Felicia Reneau – 50 – White / Female  - 5’ 8” -  130 lbs - Blonde Hair - Last seen wearing a black sweater and black yoga pants.

Subject # 2 – Linda Ortega – 44 – White / Female – 5’ 0” – 200 lbs - no clothing description available.

Both of the above subject left residence they were staying in.  There is no emergency contact information for either person and no next of kin to contact.

Both individuals were entered into N.C.I.C. and surrounding law enforcement agencies have been notified to be on the lookout for them.
