On Thursday, August 18, 2016 at approximately 9:26pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a female who was pushing the vehicle. Suspect admitted to driving to location, showed signs of impairment and advised she would continue to drive. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted and the suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI and was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Act Advisory. Suspect agreed to provide a breath sample. Suspect blew a 0.16 or higher and was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was not seized under the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance due to suspect not having any prior DWIs.

On Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at approximately 9:30pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) entered the garage and removed a power tool. Investigation is ongoing.

Between August 15, 2016 at 3:00 pm and August 16, 2016 at 3:00 pm, unknown subjects forced entry into the above location. No items were taken from the home. The value of damage done to the entry point was $200. Case is under investigation.
