Deputies responded to a residence on Las Estrellas in regards to a death. Upon arrival deputies located a male deceased in the residence. No foul play involved. Cause of death pending an autopsy.

Suspect: Daniel Salazar, 38, Santa Fe, NM
Vehicle: Black 2002 Cadillac Escalade
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Driving While License is Suspended, Roadways Laned for Traffic, Open Container
On Thursday, December 24, 2015 at 9:07pm, vehicle was observed swerving in and out of it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, who was identified as the suspect. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted. Driver showed signs of impairment was was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and refused to submit to chemical testing. Open containers were located inside the vehicle. A check of the suspect's driving history showed at least one prior DWI arrest, as well as a suspended driver's license and the vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance Number 2006-5 as amended by Ordinance Number 2013-5. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Stolen: Vehicle parts
Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported larceny at an address on Terrazas Lane. Contact was made with the victim who stated between 12-22-15 and todays date suspect(s) entered his property and took some vehicle parts off of his vehicle. The area was canvassed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.

Victim reported between 11:00 AM on 12-21-15 and 4:00 PM unknown persons forced entry into their residence. Once inside the residence the suspect(s) stole multiple pieces of artwork. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: 2 Cases of Arizona and New Mexico Wine Total Estimated Value: $800.00
Victim reports unknown persons stole the above items at the above location. The wine was taken sometime between the dates of November 23, 2015 and December 18, 2015. Case pending further investigation.

Narrative: On 12-21-15 the victim reported that sometime between September 21st and December 20th unknown suspects took two gold and Diamond bracelets from his residence while he was out of town.
The victim stated that there were people who had access to his residence while he was gone.

Location- 100 Block of Calle Lazo Errante Santa Fe, NM
Arrested Person- Adrian Guerrero 24 yo Santa Fe, NM
Deputy was dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic disturbance. Upon investigation, it was found that above subject attempted to strike his mother and spit at his father. Subject also punched a hole in a wall of the residence. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Fermina Tom Age: 22 Santa Fe
Fermina Tom was involved in a rollover crash and was found to be impaired. She was transported to St. Vincent Hospital for assesment and then booked for 2nd offense DWI. Her license was also revoked for a prior DWI. Her BAC is pending blood analysis.
