Deputies responded to location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with the vehcile and its driver. The driver displayed signs of impairment and refused standardized field sobriety testing. The driver submitted to chemical testing with the results being .08, .09   Subject was booked into jail.

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to loud music. Upon arrival, the deputies encountered the above stated suspect. Deputies found the suspect to be intoxicated, no complying with verbal commands, and yelling (To include profanities) in public. The Deputies attempted to get him inside a relatives home but he came back out and began yelling and being beligerent again. The above suspect was charged and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult detention facility on the above charge.

SFCSO Case # 0215000199/ Battery against a household member, Criminal Damage to property of a household member and Interference

On today's date, deputies responded to the above address in refrence to a domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed a verbal altercation ensued between husband and wife and the altercation became physical. Signs or battery were located at the scene, the victim was unable to call law enforcement due to the suspect taking the phone away and  damaging the phone in the process. The suspect was subsequently arrested and booked on the above stated charges and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult detention facility without incident.

   On Monday January 05, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 1400 block of Bishops Lodge Road in reference to a reported larceny. Contact was made was made with the victim who stated between December 31, 2014 and January 05, 2015 suspect(s) entered the property and took the victims construction equipment from the poperty. This case remains under investigation.
