Attention: Please be aware that there will be a 2.5% transaction fee for all debit/credit card transactions and a $1.95 flat fee for all e-check transactions for payments made on all platforms (IVR, Customer Portal, One-Time Payment).
You can also create a profile to make payments even easier.
ATTENTION ALL: Treasurer Varela was the first to request an extension from NM Property Tax Division to extend the 2nd half due date of property taxes, followed by others in the state due to the COVID19 virus. All counties were denied stating that it could hurt individual counties and distributions to schools and other entities. There are scenarios would offer some relief but would have to come from the Governor or the legislature.
Thank you for your patience.
