On Sunday, May 18, 2014 at 2:30 AM deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at a bussiness at the location. Upon arrival the vehicle was located stuck in a ditch on the bussiness property. The vehicle had been left unsecured with the key in the ignition at the bussiness and person(s) unknown had attempted to remove the vehicle from the property but could not get past the locked gate.

Stolen: sunglasses, laser level, leather back pack, vehicle keys. Total value of $950.00
Sometime between 5/16/14 after 8:30PM and 5/17/14 before 9:00AM someone entered three of the victim's unlocked vehicles parked in the victim's driveway. The vehicle's were rummaged through and above items were stolen.

Charged: Criminal Damage to Property
On Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 10:45 PM the suspect damaged a fire supression sprinkler in a cell at the location. As a result the ceall and surrounding area were flooded. A Body Scaner was damaged as a result of the water.

Sometime between 5/16/14 after 8:00PM to 5/17/14 at 10:00AM someone entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and rummaged through the glove box. Nothing was found to be missing from the vehicle.

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime bewteen May 8, 2014 and May 16, 2014 unknown persons forced entry into the home and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Above subject was observed by Deputy discharging a firearm near structures and walking individuals. The subject was also found to have been consuming alcoholic beverages during the time of incident. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

Deputies responded to location in reference to a single vehicle crash. Upon contact with the driver, she displayed signs of impairment. Driver submitted to sobriety tests where she was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. Driver was booked into jail.

Suspect: Isiaac F. Cortez, 28, Espanola, NM
Charged: Aggravated DWI, Speeding (64/35), Display of Registration
On Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 12:59 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location at 64 miles per hour in a posted 35 mile per hour zone. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The vehicle's registration expired August 2008.
