On May 3rd 2014 Deputies responded to the intersection of State Road 14 and State Road 599 in reference to a motor vehicle accident. During the course of the investigation Deputies were able to determine the driver of one of the vehicle was impaired by an intoxicant. While searching the driver the Deputies found the driver was in possession of a controlled substance that was later identified as Xanax. The driver was arrested and subsequently transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Gerald Martinez 56yo male
Victim: None
Vehicle: 2013 Chevy Cruze blue/blue
On May 4th 2014 Deputies stopped a blue 2013 Chevy Cruze for failing to maintain its lane of travel. During the course of the traffic stop Deputies were able to determine the driver of the vehicle was impaired by an intoxicant. The driver was arrested and subsequently transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly

Arrested: Henry Milligan Age: 46 Clines Corners, NM
Above listed person was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic violation. Upon Deputy contact, the driver was displaying signs of impairment. Sobriety tests were administered and the driver was found to be impaired due to an intoxicant. The driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. The results were . 12, .12

Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary. Upon Deputy arrival, victim reported that sometime between the hours of 10:30 am and 2:30 pm unknown persons unlawfully gained entry into the home and stole the listed type of items. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic. Upon their arrival, Deputies learned that the suspect applied force to the victim during a domestic argument. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Victim: 37 yo male Santa Fe County

On May 3, 2014 Deputies responded to a residence on County Road 84A in reference to a welfare check on a suicidal male. Upon arrival to the residence Deputies were able to make entry into the residence through an unlocked back door. Upon entering the residence the male was located in his bedroom with an apparent single gunshot wound. Upon further investigation no signs of foul play were discovered.

Location: 800 block State Road 503, Santa Fe, NM (Nambe Area)
Arrested: Darrell Trujillo 41 yoa male, Chimayo, NM
Charges: Driving on a Revoked License, and Careless Driving
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Driver lost control of his vehicle after he began making adjustments with vehicle's hydraulic suspension system. Vehicle struck a fence, mail box and tree. A drivers license check was conducted on the driver which revealed he had a revoked license. Driver was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

Suspect: Yvonne Montoya, 36, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic
On Friday, May 2, 2014 at 10:02 pm the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. She was observed crossing the center divide line and entering the southbound lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of that test are pending.

Location: 60B Camino Capilla Vieja, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)
Arrested: Travis Miller, age 30, Santa Fe NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above address in regards to a welfare check of a 9 year old male. Upon investigation, it was learned that the child had visible injuries to his leg from the suspect striking him. Suspect admitted to belting the child because he would not eat his dinner. Suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

The above listed subject was arrested on (3) three active bench warrants for failure to appear and failure to pay fines out of Bernalillo County. Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
