Location: Los Pinos Road, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega Area)

Arrested: Michael Garcia 46 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: DWI, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a reckless driver.  A welfare check was conducted on a Black in color Toyota Tacoma matching the description found in the area.  Upon contact with the driver an odor of intoxicating liquor was emitting from his person.  Driver also admitted to having two shots of alcohol and smoking marijuana prior to driving.  SFSTs were conducted and driver displayed signs of impairment.  Driver was arrested and submitted to a Legal Blood Draw, results pending.  Above was booked accordingly without further incident.  A marijuana pipe and green leafy substance was found in the center console of the drivers vehicle.

Location: US 84-285 Mile Marker 169, Santa Fe, NM (Tesuque Area)

Arrested: Allen Romero 31 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, and Driving on roadways laned for traffic

Deputy observed a red in color Acura at the above location failing to maintain its lane of travel by crossing over the center line on several occasions.  A traffic stop was conducted at which time an odor of intoxicating liquor was emitting from the driver's person. SFST's were adminstered at which time the driver displayed signs of impairment.  Driver was arrested and submitted to a Legal Blood Draw, results pending. Driver was booked accordingly without further incident. 

Case#: 0213019410/ Discharging a Firearm at an Occupied Dwelling, Criminal Damage to Property/Date: 12-14-2013

Location: 100 Block of El Lllano Road, Santa Cruz, NM (Espanola Area)

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to shots fired.  Upon contact victim stated they were lying on the couch watching TV, when startled by the loud noise of glass shattering from the living room window.  No occupants in the residence were injured.  A Double Pane living room window was damage with estimated value of $500.00.  Case still pending further investigation.

Between 6:00 PM on Friday, December 13, 2013 and 11:10 AM on Saturday, December 14, 2013 person(s) unknown gained entry to the vehicle while it was parked at a residence at the location.  The vehicle was unsecure.  Was entry was gained, person(s) unknown gained access to the engine compartment and removed the battery.

Vehicle #1:  Gray, 1997, Ford, ranger, pick up

Vehicle #2  Tan, 1993, Ford, F-150, pick up

Between 6:00 PM on Friday, December 13, 2013 and 8:00 AM on Saturday, December 14, 2013 person(s) unknown gained entry to the above vehicles which were parked at residences at the location.  Both vehicles were unsecured.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown were able to gain access to the engine compartments of both vehicles and removed the batteries.

Stolen: Pending

Reporting party stated sometime Between 5:00am and 5:00pm on 12/12/13 unknown suspect gained entry into the above residence by unknown means. At this time it is unknown if anything is missing.

Location: 2323 Casa Rufina Apartments, Santa Fe (Rufina Area)

Arrested: Anthony Miquino 32 yoa male, Santo Domingo

Charges: Breaking and Entering

Maintenanace from the apartments found two unauthorized males in a vacant apartment.  When confronted the males fled the area.  The above matched the description and was located a couple blocks away.  Placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Between 12:30 PM on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 and 10:30 AM on Thursday, December 12, 2013 person(s) unknown entered an unsecure vehicle which was parked at a residence at the location.  Once entery was gained, person(s) unknown removed a small amount of loose change from the vehicle.

Case#: 0213019260/ Breaking and Entering, Battery on a Household Member, Concealing Identity/Date: 12-11-2013

Arrested: Abel Meraz 28 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Breaking and Entering, Battery on a household member, and Concealing Identity

Victim reports her ex-boyfriend the above entered the above address without authorization.  Upon entry of the home above pushed victim and placed his knee on her chest.  When deputies made contact with the above he provided them with other names.  Above was arrested booked accordingly without further incident. 

Case# 0213019246/ Battery Against House Hold Member/ Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 12/11/13

Arrested: Andrea Quintana

On 12/11/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Victim reported that the above suspect broke a window at their home and began attacking him. Deputies observed visual injuries to the victim. Subject was charged and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
