On today's date at 2:45pm an undetermined amount of marijuana and three (3) Syboxin tablets were located in the front lobby men's bathrrom trash can. The narcotics were turned over to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office and the case is currently under investigation.

Suspect:  Robert A. Garcia, age 51, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI

On 6/3/13 deputy was dispatched to the area of Las Lomas in reference to a call of a Harley Davidson motorcycle falling over and driving all over the roadways in Valle Vista Subdivision.  I was flagged down by 2 male subjects who observed the motorcycle on SR 14 driving recklessly.  I observed the motorcycle and attempted to stop the motorcycle.  The motorcycle would swerve in his lane and the driver would reach down and grab his foot pedals.  I stopped the motorcycle and contacted the driver.  The driver showed signs of impairment.  He conducted field sobriety tests and showed signs of impairment.  The suspect was placed under arrest and read the NM Implied Consent.  He submitted to a breath test and his results for his BrAC were .13, .12.  He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

Charged:  Aggravated battery, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting,Obstructing an Officer

On Sunday, June 2, 2013 at 11:45 PM deputies responded to a residence at the locationin reference to the suspect yelling on a loud speaker.  The suspect threw a brick at the victim striking him in the leg causing a minor injury which required no medical attention.  When contacted by deputies the suspect resisted and had to be physically restrained to be taken into custody.

Victim report between May, 2013 to todays date unknown suspects fraudulently used his credit. Victim reported the charges were made that he did not authorize. Fradulent charges were over $20,000.00. This case remains under investigation.

Victim reports that between 2200 hours on 6/1/13 and 0900 hours on 6/2/13 his German Shepard dog was taken from his dog kennel located on the back side of his property.  Victim also reports a window screen to his home was removed.  case is under investigation.

0213007957, Death Investigation, 6/2/13

Location: County Road 84G  Nambe

 

Deputies responded to a welfare check of a 51 year old male who was un-responsive.  Emergency medical personnel were also summoned and discovered the man had been deceased for approximately 12 hours.  Death appears to be from medical problems and no foul play is suspected.  case is under investigation.

Case#:0213007949/Residential Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property/Date: 06-02-2013

Location: Jardin Lane, Santa Fe, NM (Agua Fria Area)

Damaged: DVD's, Mirrors, ripped curtains, and shirts Total Estimated Value of Damage: $390

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a burglary.  Upon arrival victim reports someone gained unlawful entry into the above location sometime between June 1, 2013 at 9pm and June 2, 2013 at 1:40am.  Once inside several items within the residence were damaged.  There were no signs of any forced entry.  Case still pending further investigation.
