Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic.  Upon Deputies arrival victim stated the above individual entered the above address and pushed her around.  Suspect left the area prior to deputies arrival but was located at the Giant Convenience Store on Airport Road.  Suspect refused to provide his name and was uncooperative pulling away from Deputies.  Suspect was placed under arrest on the above charges without further incident.

Arrested: Chavez, Juanito Jr., 22 years of age, Santa Fe, NM 87505

Above named subject was booked into the SFCADF yesterday, a searched was conducted on the subject cell and the above mentioned subject was found in possession of a brown tar-like substance (Heroin), benzodiazepine and other contraband by Jail staff. Above suspect was re-booked on the above stated charges.

Victim stated between May 30, 2013 at 7:30 am and 3:38 pm unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into the victims home and took the listed items. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival victim reports an unknown person gained unlawful entry through an unlocked door.   Victim made contact with suspect, who ran from the location prior to Deputies arrival.  Victim reports nothing appeared to be taken.  Case still pending further investigation.

Suspect: 65 year old male, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a residential alarm.  Upon arrival contact was made with the vicitm who stated he had been burglarized.  The victim stated the above suspect had gained unlawful entry into the above address on May 29, 2013 at around 11:30pm.  The above items were taken from within the home.  Case still pending further investigation.

Charged:  Child Abuse, Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, Mandatory Proof of

                    Financial Responsibility, Immediate Notice of Accident,

                   Arrest Order - Probation Violation

On Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 12:05 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location.  For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the left side.  The vehicle struck a utility pole, barbed wire fence and a chain link fence.  The suspect fled the scene on foot but was located by deputies a short distance from the crash scene.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.  The suspect was unable to produce valid proof of insurance upon request.  Victim #1 was the right rear passenger in the vehicle at the time of this incident.  The suspect was also found to be on probation an an Arrest Order was obtained from Adul Probation and Parole for Probation Violation.

Subject: Ruben Omar Molina Trujillo    Age: 26      Santa Fe,NM

Subject was observed by Deputy traveling east on Agua Fria not wearing his seatbelt. A traffic stop was initiated and driver was contacted. During the contact, Deputy observed drug paraphernalia in plain view and arrested subject. Subject was then found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Subject was taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Case # 0213007710 - Burglary - 5/29/13

Victim reports that she parked her car at the above location on 5/29/13 and when she returned, her GPS and clothing bag were missing from inside. Damage was done to her vehicle window. A witness was able to provide a description of a possible suspect.
