Location: Avenida Vista Grande / Eldorado Supermarket

Arrested: Lewis Snyder 63 years old, Santa Fe, NM.

Suspect was located at the above mentioned location after it was reported as a reckless driver. Contact was made with the driver at which time signs of impairment were detected. Subject agreed to submit to sobriety testing. Suspect was arrest after testing was administered. Subject submitted to chemical testing which showed a .22 and .23 BAC. Suspect was arrested accordingly.

Location: 6151 Country Club Mobile Home Park

Victim: 86 year old male, Santa Fe, NM.

Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded the a report of an unconsious male subject that was not breathing. Deputies arrived to find the aforementioned subject with no signs of life.  Santa Fe Medics arrived on scene but were unable to revive the male subject. OMI was contacted and shortely after arrived to the scene. No signs of foul play were found.

Victim stated that between the hours of 12:30pm and 5:00 pm suspects unlawfully entered his home and took cash from within his home. This case remains under investigation.

Stolen: Chrome wheels

Victim stated that on todays date between the hours of 12:30 pm and  5:00 pm suspects took the listed items from the victims front yard. The stolen items were valued at over $1,000.00. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Edward Trujillo age: 23

Charge: Criminal Damage to Propety of a Household Member

On 04-07-13 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a male subject damaging property. Upon arrival contact was made with the above subject and the victim who is a household member. During the investigation it found the above subject had caused about $1,500.00 in damage to the residence. The subject was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
