Victim reported to Deputy that between Saturday March 9,2013 at 7:00 pm and today March 10, 2013 at 1:00 pm unknown persons gained forced entry into a shed and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported to Deputy that today between the hours of 6:00pm and 6:20pm, unknown persons entered the home and stole the listed animal. Victim stated she returned home to find the window to the home opened and the bird gone. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Nicole Marquez 33 yoa female, Espanola, NM

Charges: DWI, Careless Driving, License to be carried and exhibited upon demand

Deputies responded to a Motor vehicle crash and found a Silver in color 2011 Dodge Nitro rolled over.  The driver of the vehicle displayed signs of impairment, bloodshot watery eyes, her speech was slurred and an odor of an intoxicating beverage could be smelled emitting off of her expelled breath.  Driver admitted to consuming 3-4 beers.  During the alternative field sobriety tests the driver displayed signs of impairment.  Driver was then arrested and requested to a submit a legal blood draw.  Above was transported and booked accordingly into ADC without further incident.

Suspect; Patrick Gutierrez Age: 26  Santa Fe

Detention Center staff located (3) small rubber balloons on inmate Gutierrez containing Suboxone and Heroin.  Narcotics were turned over to responding Deputy and Gutierrez was charged accordingly.

Victim reports that in January of this year, he was notified that a credit card application was received in his name without his consent.  Also two separate fraudulent charges were made on victim's actual credit card totaling over three thousand dollars.  Case is under investigation.

Charges: D.W.I., Negligent Use of Deadly Weapon

Arrested: Jenna Ortiz age: 26

On 03-08-13 Deputies were dispatched to the area of Plaza del Cerrado in regards to a report of a female firing multiple rounds in the air. A witness reported the female was getting ready to leave in a maroon vehicle. Deputies were able to locate the female, who displayed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and provided a breath test with results of more than .08 BrAC. The driver also admitted to firing rounds in the air in front of the residence. The driver was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Stolen: Keys, $500.00 in Cash, a 1999 Chevy S10 (NM FSS154)

Value: $5,000.00

On 03-08-13 the victim reported someone unlawfully entered his residence between 5:00pm and 8:00pm. Once inside the residence the unknown suspect(s) rummaged through the victims belongings. The suspect(s) took $500.00 in cash, and a set of keys for a 1999 Chevy S10 pickup. The suspects then exited the residence and stole the above vehicle which was parked in front of the residence. The vehicle was entered into NCIC. The suspects are pending at this time.

On 03-07-13 the victim reported her vehicle was stolen from her residence. The victim stated the vehicle was taken between 7:30am and 9:15am on the 7th. The vehicle was entered into NCIC. Suspects are pending at this time.

Victim reports home entered by force through side door and a 30-30 Cal. rifle along with misc. jewelry reported missing.  Rifle entered into NCIC as stolen.  Case is under investigation.
