Stolen: Car Stereo faceplate, 100 watt car stereo Amplifier

Victim reported that sometime between 3/3/13 11:00pm and 3/4/13 6:30am some unknown subjects unlawfully entered their unlocked vehicle and stole the above listed items. There were no signs of forced entry located on the vehicle.

The above listed item stolen were valued at about $200.00

Stolen: $30.Cash, Stereo faceplate, 11 Cd’s

Victim reported that sometime between 3/3/13 8:30am and 3/4/13 6:30am some unknown subjects unlawfully entered their unlocked vehicle and stole the above listed items. There were no signs of forced entry located on the vehicle.

The above listed item stolen were valued at about $630.00

Location: Rufina Street and Jemez Road

Arrested: Daniel Mendoza-Vega, 18-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 03-03-2013 at about 5:30PM a traffic stop was conducted on a red and white Ford Truck after it was observed weaving in and out of it's lane of travel.  The defendant was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested accordingly.

Location: Barosa Road off the 599 Frontage Road

Arrested: Max Baca, 42-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 03-03-13 at about 11:45PM Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked near a residence on Barosa Road.  The above defendant was located asleep in the drivers seat of his blue in color Toyota Camery with a beer in his hand and the engine running.  He failed the standardized field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest.

Location: Residence on West Cochiti

Arrested: Anthony Lucero, 50-year-old male from Santa Fe N,.M.

On 03-03-2013 at about 9:30PM Deputies responded to a domestic dispute involving the above defendant and a family member.  The investigation revealed the defendant battered his family member.  He was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: Us 84 /285 near 185 mile marker, Santa Fe, NM 87506

Stolen: 4 airconditioners / 2 wooden doors / 1 metal gate

Victim stated that on March 03, 2013 at approximately 7:45 a.m.  hours he noticed that listed items stolen from his property. This case is currently under investigation.

Total amount of items stolen was $1,000.00

 

 

SFCSO Case # 0213003056/ Robbery and Aggravated Battery/ 03-02-2013

Location: Jemez Road/ Agua Fria Road, SF, NM

Victim reported on Saturday March 2, 2013 at 11;00pm he was walking near the above stated location when he heard someone walking behind him. He turned around saw two unidentified males and they beat him unconscious. The victim woke up at his residence on the next date and realized his watch and cell phone were missing. This case is currently under investigation.

Victim reported that between the times of 5:00pm and 7:00pm on today's date unknown person(s) burglarized his vehicle. Entry was made by an unlocked door and the above items were stolen.

Value of items stolen: $460.00

Case #0213002939 - Burglary - 3/1/13

Location: State Road 14, Madrid, NM

On March 1, 2013, at about 4:15am, neighbors saw a male suspect prying open the door to the Crystal Dragon Jewelry Store. The suspect fled in a white in color, Lexus. Further investigation at the scene revealed several missing pieces of jewelry, totaling about $4000.00. Investigation is still ongoing.

Case #0213002943 - Fraudulent use of a Credit Card - 3/1/13

Victim reports that someone used his credit card to make five unauthorized online purchases, totaling $1479.79. No suspects were known at that time.
