Case #0213002985 - Selling or Giving Alcohol to Minors - 3/1/13

Arrested: Robert Pacheco - age 43, Santa Fe, NM

The above suspect was arrested and charged for purchasing alcoholic beverages for a person under the age of 21 at the above establishment.

Location: Paseo Real near Camino Torcido Loop

Arrested: Henry Martinez, 35-year-old male from Espanola N.M.

On 03-02-2013 at about 8:00PM the above defendant crashed his black in color ford mustang at the above location.  The defendant was found to be under the influence of alcohol. 2 open beer bottles were also located in the vehicle and he could not provide proof of insurance.  He refused to take a breath test and was arrested on the above charges.

Arrested: Tisha Cheresposy, 26-year-old female from Espanola N.M.

On 03-03-2013 at about 12:30AM Mrs. Cheresposy was involved in a minor mortor vehicle crash at the above location while operating a 1996 Chevrolet truck.  She was found to be driving with a revoked drivers license.  She was arrested and the Chevrolet truck was seized in accordance with the Santa Fe County Seizuer Policy.

Location: Zafarano Drive/ Chamisa Drive, Santa Fe NM

Arrested: Jesse Vigil 52 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Driving while license suspended or revoked, Driver must be licensed, and Vehicle approaching or entering intersection

Deputy observed a Black in color Chevrolet Prism fail to yield the right of way to a vehicle which had entered into the above intersection.  Vehicle was stopped and the driver was found  to have a revoked license with the arrest clause.  Above suspect was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the ADC without further incident. 

Case #0213002906 - Burglary - 2/28/13

Location: Lomas de Tesuque, Tesuque Hills

Victim reported that sometime between 2/27/13 at 8:00pm and 2/28/13 at 5:00am, someone entered the guest residence and stole a 39 inch television from inside. No suspects or witnesses were known at that time.

Case #0213002866 - Burglary - 2/27/13

Location: Arroyo Ridge, Rancho Viejo

Deputies responded to an alarm at the above residence and found evidence of forced entry. The scene was processed and the victim reported jewelry and an I-Pad missing. Victim remembered seeing an older model, blue pickup in the area before she left her residence. No other suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

SFC Deputies investigated the unattended death of a 57 year old male. There were no indications of foul play. The investigation is still ongoing.

Case#:0213002900/Assault on a Peace Officer, Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by a Minor/Date: 02-27-2013

Location: 2200 Block of Rumba Al Sur, Santa Fe NM (Agua Fria Area)

Arrested: 14 yo male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Assault on a Peace Officer, Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by a Minor

Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an ambulance assist of a heavily intoxicated male.  Upon contact with above individual he was aggressive towards Deputies and attempted to punch one Deputy in the face with a closed fist.  Above individual was treated at St. Vincent's Hospital and JPO authorized incarceration on the above charges.  Juvenile was transported and booked accordingly on the above charges at JDC without further incident.

Victim  reported to deputy that on this date between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into his home and stole the listed items. Case is still under investigation.

On 2/26/13 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to serving a warrant in which the suspect had out of Durango, CO for a probation violation.  Suspect was booked on the warrant and also charged with Fugitive from Justice.
