On Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 11:17 PM the suspects were located in the vehicle at the location. Suspect #1 was found to be in possession of a glass type smoking device containing suspected, burnt, marijuana residue. Suspect #2 was found to be in possession of a green, leafy, plant material suspected of being marijuana.

On Wednesday, June 27, 2012 the suspect kicked both victims in the leg as they were trying to place her into a Detention Cell. Victim #1 sustained minor injuries and Victim #2 sustained no injuries.

On Wednesday, June 27, 2012 two unidentified males attempted to gain entry to a storage shed at a residence at the location. Their attempt to remove the door was met with negative results.

Victim reported that between 8:00am and 4:45pm on 6-27-12 unknown suspects unlawfully entered his residence by prying open the front door and stole the above stated items. No suspect information has been developed at this time. Case is still under investigation.
The above listed item was valued at about $12,500.00

On 6/25/12 deputy was dispatched to the above residence in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that when she returned home she noticed that the front door was open. Victim stated that unknown persons entered her residence between the hours of 1100 and 1700. Victim stated that the unknown suspects damaged a window in the back bedroom to gain entry. Unknown suspects took misc. jewelry, misc. papers, and a Kindle. Estimated value of the items taken is pending. Estimated damage amount is $250.00.

On 6/25/12 victim stated that 5 months ago unknown suspects broke 4 windows to her residence by throwing rocks through the windows. One of the rocks struck her 52" Projection TV and cracked the screen. Estimated damage amount is $2800.00.

On 6/25/12 deputy was dispatched to above area in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that sometime between 0715 and 1547 hours unknown persons forced open the front door by kicking it. Victim stated that unknown persons took 200 DVD's, an Ipod touch, a Nintendo Wii, 2 Wii games, a DVD player, a stereo, a flatscreen TV, 2 electric guitars from within the residence. Estimated value of items taken is $9830.00. Estimated damage amount is $100.00.

Location: residence off of Camino de Montoya, Santa Fe, NM
On 6/25/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to 2 dogs being poisoned. Victim showed deputy the 2 dogs that were deceased. Victim stated that when he returned home one of the dogs was still alive but was on the porch puking and foaming from the mouth. Victim stated that he located a hamburger patty filled with what he believed to be rat poison. It is unknown who might of poisoned the dogs.
