Case#0212005614 / Aggravated DWI, Negligent use of a Deadly Weapon / 04-15-2012

Location: Mile Post 5 on State Road 76, Northern Santa Fe County

Arrested: Ivan Coen, 61-year-old male from Espanola New Mexico

    On 04-15-2012 at about 9:00pm Mr. Coen was arrested after he was found to be driving his white in color 1995 Chevrolet truck on State Road 76 while intoxicated.  He also had a shotgun lying next to him on the truck seat when contacted by the arresting Deputy.

Location: Residence on Rancho Del Alamo, Northern Santa Fe County

Arrested: Orlando Lopez, 56-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 04-14-2012 Mr. Lopez was involved in an altercation with a family member.  Mr. Lopez battered the family member durring the altercation and was arrested on the above charge.

Location: Buffalo Thunder Trail, (HomewoodSuites) Pojoaque, NM 87506

Arrested: Juvenile male, age 15,Espanola,NM

On above date at 7:52 a.m. Deputies responded to a fight in progress at the above location. Upon arrival, three subjects were located and found to be highly intoxicated. One juvenile male was taken into custody for being a minor under the influence of alcohol. Subject was transported and booked into The Santa Fe County Juvenile Detention Center. No fight or injuries were located at the reported scene.

Arrested: Matthew Romero, age 27, Santa Fe NM.

The above listed subject was arrested on an active Bench Warrant for failure to comply with The Santa Fe County Electronic Monitoring Program Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 131 Peak's Place, Tesuque, NM

Stolen: Bed, Nightstand, Two (2) Lamps,  ten (10) DVD's, and fifteen (15) Books. 

Victim reported that she rented (With a written lease) a furnished room within her residence to the suspect. The lease was up and while she was at work today between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, the suspect stole the above items from the home. This case is currently under investigation. 

The above charges were valued at about $640.00

Stolen: Visio LG 32” TV, Sony DVD player, Spinden coffee Capachino machine, jewelry chest with jewelry, computer monitors, Craftsman’s drill, and personnel medications.

On the above date the above victim reported that sometime between 8:00 pm on Friday (4/13/2012) and 5:30 am on Saturday (4/14/2012). Suspects gained forced entry into the above residence through a door. Once inside suspect(s) stole the above listed items. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Location: Julian’s Barger Shop, 53 Ogo Wii, Santa Fe, NM( Pojoaque)

Stolen: $200.00 in cash

On the above date, victim reported his business (Julian's Barber Shop) was burglarized sometime between 6:00 pm on Friday (4/13/2012) and 7:00 am on Saturday (4/14/2012). Suspects gained entry by removing a window. Once inside suspect(s) stole the above cash. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Stolen: Liquid Control Measuring Meter

Total: $4,000.00

On above date, victim reported that during the last week in March of 2012, unknown suspects removed the above item from a propane service vehicle. Victim also stated that a suspicious vehicle was observed in the area of the incident location and described it to be a brown in color truck.

Suspect is pending further investigation.

Case # 0212005514/ Agg. Battery on a Peace Officer/ 04-13-2012

Location: Santa Fee County Adult Detention Facility, SF, NM

Arrested: Anthony Ortiz, age 18, Bernalillo, NM

The above listed subject while incarcerated at the SFCADF, was arrested after getting into a physical altercation with a Correctional Officer within the confines of the Santa Fe County Jail. The Correctional Officer received several injuries to include; contusions and swelling to the face. The above stated inmate was booked on the new charge of Aggravated Battery Against a Peace Officer.

Location: Agua Fria and San Ysidro crossing

Arrested: David Carrillo-Flores, 18-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 04-12-2012 at about 9:30p.m. a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Carrillo-Flores vehicle for a stop sign violation.    Further invetsigation revealed he was in possession of Hashish and Marijuana.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
