Suspect: Sergio Miramontes 26 yoa male, SF, NM

Charges: Battery on a Household Member, and False Imprisonment

Victim reports her and her husband the above suspect were involved in a verbal dispute.  Suspect grabbed victim not allowing her to leave the residence to call 911.  Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges without incident.

Suspect #1:  Chrystal Marquez, age 31, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery

Suspect #2:  Joaquin Montoya, age 45, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery, Concealing Identity, Bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to appear

On 4/10/12 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a battery in progress. Victim stated that she has custody of the suspects two children and that she advised suspect #1 to pack her belongings and leave her residence due to her stealing items from her. Victim stated that suspect #1 then struck her on her forehead and called for her boyfriend, Joaquin Montoya. Suspect #2 then pushed his way into the residence and struck victim. Suspect #2 gave a different name, DOB, and SSN. Suspect then gave the correct information. He stated that he gave a different name because he knew he had a warrant for his arrest. Suspects were arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Case # 0212005346/ Death Investigation/ 04-10-2012

Deputy assigned: Nicole Romero

Commander entering: Cpl. James C. Yeager II

Location: W. Gutierrez, Pojoaque, NM

On this date, Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above area in reference to an unattended death/death investigation. The victim (48 year old male) was found unresponsive by family a member. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but the victim does have a history of pre- existing medical conditions. There were no signs of foul play at the scene.

Suspect: Robert Armijo  Age: 27  Pojoaque

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute/argument and learned that Robert Armijo was intoxicated and in violation of his conditions of release for a prior DWI arrest.  A bench warrant was drafted and Armijo was arrested and booked. No injury or threat of violence reported or observed. 

Case#: 0212005283/ Theft of a Credit Card, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card/ Date: 04/09/12

Location:  residence off of West Gutierrez, Santa Fe, NM (Butterfly Springs MHP)

Suspect:  Aaron Lujan, age 22, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Theft of a Credit Card, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card

On 4/9/12 victim stated that during the month of March suspect stole and used her Del Norte debit card totaling between 1,300.00 and 2,000.00.  Suspect was located and admitted to taking and using the debit card.  Suspect was arrested and found to have a bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
