On 3/12/12 deputy was advised that there was an active warrant that needed to be served on an inmate at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The warrant was out of Douglas County Sheriff's Office in Castle Rock, CO for failure to appear on an Auto Theft. Deputy went and served the warrant and also charged the suspect with Fugitive from Justice. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: Estrellas de Tano (Tano Road Area)

Stolen: Glock 9mm handgun, Coin Collection, 35" Sony Flatscreen, Nikon Camera and lens, personal documents and safe.

Victim reported that sometime between 8:00am and 2:40pm on 3-12-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the residence and stole the above stated items. No forced entry was reported. Case is still under investigation.

On March 12, 2012 the above suspect was taken into custody at the above location on

a warrant issued by the First Judicial District Court for Failure to Comply with Electronic

Monitoring on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Location:  residence off of Dos Hermanos, Santa Fe, NM (off of Mutt Nelson)

On 3/11/12 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated between 1030 and 1430 hours unknown persons entered her home by breaking the front window with a large cinder block.  Victim stated that the suspects stole a Magnavox TV, a jewelry box, misc. jewelry, an Ipod suffle, a social security card and a passport.  Estimated value of items taken is $800.00.  Estimated value of the damaged window is $300.00.

Stolen: White in color Apple air port extreme

Victim reported on today's date between the times of 2:30 pm and 3: 30 pm unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's house and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

On today's date a report of child abuse was made to this office. The investigation revealed the above arrestee struck a 3 year old child in the face. Subject booked accordingly.

Victim reported that her identity was stolen and the suspect opened two credit cards with her information. One credit card was opened with Capitol One with a balance of $2,000.00 and a Lowes Card with a balance of $1,000.00. Victim states that she believes that her information was stolen from an ex-employer. Case and suspect is still under investigation.

Location: Evergreen Lane, Pojoaque, NM (El Rancho Area)

Stolen: Canon Digital Camera, Verizon Cellular Phone

Victim reported that between March 10, 2012, 10:00 p.m. and March 11, 2012, 5:00 a.m. someone unlawfully gained entry into tow of his vehicle and removed the above stated items, which was a Ford Escape and a GMC pickup truck. Suspects are pending further investigation.

The above items stolen were valued at about $420.00
