Victim reported that sometime between 1130hrs and 2100hrs on 9/12/11 some unknown person broke the west facing window then entered the residence and stole the above listed items. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office

Arrested: Abner Flores, 23-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 09/14/2011 at approximately 1:17am a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Abner's vehicle at the above location.  He was found to be driving under the influence of an intoxicating liquor.  When asked to submitt to a breath test Mr. Abner became combattive with Depuies.  He also tried kicking out the window of a patrol unit.  He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On September 13, 2011 victim reported some unknown person(s) attempted to gain forced entry into the above location by attempting to pry several window screens off the windows.  This took place between the dates of September 9, 2011 at 10:00am to September 12, 2011 at 6:00pm.  Estimated value of damage $100.00.  Case still under investigation.

On September 13, 2011 between the hours 10:30am to 8:30pm unknown person(s) gained forced entry through a front door by prying the hardware open.  Once inside took the above listed items.  Estimated total value of damage: $100.00.  Case still under investigations.

On September 13, 2011 between the hours of 1400 hours of 1430 hours unknown person(s) gained forced entry by breaking a front living room window at the above location.  The above items were then taken from within the residence.  Estimated total value of damage to property was valued at $80.00.  Case still under investigation.

On September 13, 2011 between the hours of 11:30am and 12:30pm unknown person(s) gained entry into a 1985  Beige and Brown in color GMC Conversion Van through an unlocked door.  The above items were taken from within the vehicle.  Case still under investigation.

Stolen: $7.00 cash

Victim reported that he was walking from his residence to the Shell gas station when he was approached by three Hispanic male subjects. Victim advised that the males instructed him to remove his money from his pockets. The victim was then battered by the males as he fled to his residence and the unknown male suspects left the area. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office

Items stolen: Several electronic items including T V's, laptops, gaming equipment and computer equipment valued at $10,515. 

Items damaged: Doors/walls valued at $3,500.

    On 09/12/2011 between the hours of 2:30pm and 10:30pm unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the victim's residence by forcing open an exterior door.  Once inside the suspect(s) stole several electronic items.

Location: Residence off Jon Kim Lane, Santa Fe N.M.

Arrested: Robert Cruz, 23-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 09/12/2011 at about 10:45pm Deputies responded to a disturbance call at the above address.  While Deputies were on scene Mr. Cruz was standing on the porch of the residence yelling obscenities.  After being ordered to stop more than three times Mr. Cruz was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the charge of Disorderly Conduct.
