ON THIS DATE DEPUTY'S WERE SENT TO THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DUE TO AN INTOXICATED FEMALE BREAKING THINGS IN THE HOUSE AND WAS OUT OF CONTROL. DEPUTY ARRIVED AND FOUND WHERE SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED AND HAD BROKENSEVERAL ITEMS IN HER BEDROOM. SUSPECT HAD BEEN IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HER PARANTS THEN STARTED THROWING THINGS AROUND IN HER ROOM. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LSITED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED; (5) IBANEZ GUITARS, SONY PLAY STATION III AND GAMES AND A 32" VIZIO FLAT SCREEN TV, ITEMS VALUED AT $5,800.00
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM REPORTED SHE LEFT HER HOUSE AROUND 7:00 PM AND RETURNED HOME AT ABOUT 8:16 PM AND FOUND THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS MISSING. THERE WAS NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTERY TO THE HOUSE. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME

On 9/8/11 between the hours of 0900 and 1530 unknown persons broke into the victim's residence by cutting a hole in the plastic which was covering a window. Victim stated unknown persons took an Apple laptop, $4800 in cash, a gold necklace, 2 gold rings, a Nintendo DSI II, and a Samsung cell phone. Victim estimated the value of the items to be $6490.00. Estimated damage amount is $40.00.

On the above date, victim report that between 12:00 p.m. and 4:56 p.m. unknown suspect(s) unlawfully gained forced entry into the above stated address. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.

On Sept. 7, 2011 the above suspect was located at the above location and taken into custody on 3 outstanding warrants issued by Santa Fe Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving while License is Suspended.

Stolen: Donation box approximately 14"x"20x12" which contained $50.00 in US currency.
Unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry at the above stated location. Once inside unknown suspects removed the above stated item and fled in an unknown direction. Case is pending further investigation.

Victim reported that some unknown person stole the above listed item from the construction site in which he works. Victim stated the last date he saw the welder was on 9/2/11. The welder was described as stainless steel in color. This incident is under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
