0211013229 Agg Assault with a deadly weapon 09-04-2011

Location: 7406 Brazos River Road Santa Fe New Mexico. (Airport road area)

Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to someone taking out a black in color had gun and using it to intimidate and demanding information on the whereabouts of the resident that owed him money. Once the parent of the victim stated she did not know where this person was the suspect fled the area in a black in color Chrysler 300 in an unknown direction. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Arrested: Francisco Rodriguez, 19-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 09/04/2011 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Rodriguez's vehicle on Airport Road.  Further investigation revealed Mr. Rodriguez to be in possession of less than 1oz of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  He was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Monica Sanchez, 27-year-old female from Espanola N.M.

    On 09/05/2011 Monica Sanchez was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant.  While being booked into the Santa Fe County Jail Heroin was located inside her purse.

On September 4, 2011 at the above location between the hours of 5:30pm to 6:30pm unknown person(s) gained forced entry by breaking the window to a 1999 Red in color Ford Explore.  The above items were taken from the vehicle.  Estimated value of damage $500.00.  Case still under investigation.

Stolen: Purse, Passport, and Driver's License  Estimated Value: $197.00

On September 4, 2011 deputies responded to the above location.  Sometime between 5:30pm to 6:30pm on today's date unknown person(s) gained forced entry by breaking the window to a 2003 Grey in color Ford Expedition.  The above items were taken from the vehicle.  Estimated value of damage $500.00.  Case still under investigation.

On September 4, 2011 victim reported sometime on September 3, 2011 at 7:00pm to September 4, 2011 8:00am unknown person(s) stole the above items at the above location.  Case still under investigation.

On September 2, 2011 someone gained unlawful and forced entry at the above location between the hours of 7:00am to 7:08pm.  Forced entry was gained through the front door.  The above item was taken from within the residence.  Estimated damage to door $500.00.  Case still under investigation.

Stolen: Washer/Dryer/Cabinets/Doors/Light fixtures/Gas Stove

On the above date, victim report that between 2008 and 09.03.2011 unknown suspect(s) unlawfully gained entry into the above stated address. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items and damages several interior walls. This case is pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 8,500.00

Stolen: .22 cal handgun

Victim reported that some time between 8/29/11 and 9/2/11 some unknown person forced entry into his residence through a window. Upon entering the residence the above listed items were stolen. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office
