ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED A DOMESTIC AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION.  WHILE DEPUTY WAS RESPONDING SUSPECT WAS CAUGHT DRIVING OUT OF THE AREA.  SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED.  INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT BROKE INTO HIS EX-WIFES HOUSE AND TRIED TO HAVE SEX WITH HER.  SUSPECT DAMAGED LIGHT IN THE BEDROOM AND VICTIM WAS ABLE TO GET AWAY.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.  SUSPECT WAS ALSO FOUND TO HAVE TWO WARRANTS FOR HIS ARREST, WHICH WERE SERVED.

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY WAS SENT TO A REPORT OF A SINGLE VEHICLE CRASH AT THE ABOVE LSITED LOCATION.  DURING INVESTIGATION OF THE ROLL OVER CRASH DEPUTYS LOCATED SUSPECT AND FOUND HER TO BE INTOXICATED.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED:  FRONT DOOR OF BUSINESS, VALUED AT $500.00

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY WAS SENT TO ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DUE TO A ALARM.  WHEN DEPUTY ARRIVED HE FOUND WHERE SOMEONE HAD BROKEN THE GLASS TO THE FRONT DOOR.  UNKNOWN IF ANYTHING WAS TAKEN, OWNER WAS NOT ABLE TO BE LOCATED.  VALUE OF DOOR GLASS AND FRAME WAS SET AT $500.00.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

Suspects: Pending

At the above location Between the dates of August 8, 2011 and August 11, 2011 victim allowed two individuals she only knew by first names to stay with her at the above location.  The above items were found to be missing and victim believes were taken from her home while these two individuals stayed at the above location.  Case still under investigation.
