On March 7, 2011 deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a medical assistance. Above victim stated she was recently battered by the suspect on March 5, 2011, causing her to be highly stressed, triggering her to have a seizure. Above victim was treated by medical personnel and revealed that above suspect caused the seizure. Above victim stated she has been receiving threatening/intimidating phone calls from the above suspect, due to a warrant out for his arrest.

Between 3-6-11 at 1800hrs and 3-7-11 at 1700hrs an unknown suspect(s) entered the residence through a window with no force. Once in the residence the suspect(s) stole the above property and left the area. Case is under investigation.

On 3/7/11 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an embezzlement. Upon arrival it was determined that the suspect had scratched out the apartments name on the "pay to the order of" line and had written her name. Suspect then deposited the funds into her bank account. There are 10 money orders which had been tampered with totaling $3,142.44.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a burglary. On this date some unknown person(s) entered the residence through an unlocked door and stole the above items. No other property was noticed as missing at this time. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to above address in regards to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned that the suspect had battered the victim prior to our arrival. Victim stated that the argument had been transpiring all day. Suspect was drinking during this time and became physical. Victim was treated at scene by medics and released. Suspect was booked into ADC without incident.

CHARGES: ABUSE OF A CHILD, AGGRAVATED DWI, EXPIRE REGISTRATION
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SGT. COLEMAN WAS WAITING FOR BACKUP TO RESPOND TO A FIGHT CALL. DISPATCH ADVISED THAT SUSPECT CAUSING THE FIGHT WAS LEAVING THE HOUSE IN A MAROON PICKUP. SGT. COLEMAN OBSERVED THE VEHICLE AND STOPPED IT AS IT WAS TRYING TO LEAVE THE AREA. THE VEHICLE SUSPECT WAS DRIVING HAD EXPIRE REGISTRATION DISPLAYED. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE THE DRIVER, LISTED ABOVE WAS INTOXICATED AND REFUSED TO SUBMIT TO A BREATH TESTING. SUSPECT ALSO HAD HIS 10 YEAR OLD CHILD IN THE VEHICLE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Victim reported that the suspect (ex-husband) came to pick up their children. Suspect grabbed the victim by the throat and pushed her to the ground, causing her to fall on her back. Suspect grabbed victim again by the neck and again pushed her head into the ground. Suspect then fled the area; a warrant for suspects arrest has been issued.
