ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT SHE HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN A DOMESTIC AND SHE WAS BATTERED BY HER BOYFREIND LISTED ABOVE.  AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED, SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

Victim reported that suspect who she has a active TRO in place on obtained a State of New Mexico EBT Card in victims name in the amount of $650.00.  The card and paperwork were obtained without the consent of the victim and the signature forged.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that on 3-13-2011 between 11:30 am and 6:00 pm he believes a relative of his roommates stole a Sony Playstation-3 while he was at the home helping in cleaning the interior portion of the home. Case is still under investigation.

On 3/14/11 deputies responded to the above location in reference to the complainant wanting to file a report of damage to an abandon mobile home.  Complainant  stated that she was showing the home and noticed that the rear back door was open and that unknown persons had gained entry and had graffittied the home with SUR 13 on mirrors and the walls.   Estimated damage amount is $400.00.

Stolen: Yellow Dewalt Drill, Black in color Craftsmen tool set and a Hello Kitty comforter

Victim reported that between March 12, 2011 at 12:45 am and today at 7:20 am someone unlawfully removed the above stated items from the trunk of a 2007 Nissan four door sedan. The cab of the vehicle was undisturbed, suspects are pending further investigation.

The above items stolen were valued at about $550.00

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO STAY IN HIS LANE OF TRAFFIC.  DEPUTY STOPPED VEHICLE AND FOUND THAT SUSPECT WAS GIVING FALSE INFORMATION DUE TO HAVING A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.  SUSPECTS VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED

Victim reported on this date sometime between 9:15 and 9:30 am an unknown person entered an unlocked door of 2000 Volkswagen Beetle and stole a $130.00 in cash. A young male 16 years old with a thin build with brown hair and brown eyes was seen in the vehicle.
