On 02-17-11, it was reported that the above male subject was harassing individuals walking into the District Courthouse in Santa Fe, NM. Upon making contact with the male, it was observed that he appeared to be intoxicated. The male subject became uncooperative and had to be taken into custody. The male subject resisted Deputies while attempting to place handcuffs on him. He was subsequently placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between 1/29/11 3:00pm and 1/31/11 9:00am some unknown person unlawfully entered the garage at his residence and stole the above listed items. Victim said he had been moving out of the residence when the items were stolen.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $12350.00

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the suspect driver at the above listed location. Upon contact with the driver several signs of impairment were seen. Driver was given standard field sobriety test in which he displayed several signs of impairment. The Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center for DWI without incident.

ITEMS STOLEN/DAMAGED: TWO COMPUTERS, TWO GAS CANS AND A 5 HP GENERATOR VALUED AT $6,150.00. BACK DOOR WAS DAMAGED
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED BETWEEN 0700 AM AND 0600 PM THIS DATE. UNKNOWN PERSON (S) FORCED ENTRY INTO HIS HOUSE THROUGH THE BACK DOOR. CAUSING DAMAGE. SUSPECTS REMOVED TWO COMPUTER, TWO GAS CANS AND A 5HP GENERATOR VALUED AT $6,150.00. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

CHARGES: BATTERY HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, DWI
ON THIS DATE A DEPUTY WAS SOUTH BOUND ON i-25 NEAR MM 274, WHEN HE OBSERVED THE DRIVER IN THE VEHICLE START HITTING VICTIM IN THE FACE. DEPUTY STOPPED VEHICLE. DRIVER WAS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING AND WAS INTOXICATED (.11BrAC). DRIVER WAS IDENTIFIED AS BRUSE McINTYRE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VICTIM WAS RELEASED TO HER FAMILY.

Driver was stopped on Airport Road after Deputy observed traffic violations. Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of impairment. Driver was given sobriety tests and impairment was detected. Driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. The results of the test were .08 / .08

Charged: Battery on a household member, Interference with Communications
On above date deputies were dispatched to the PD in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was determined that the above suspect had battered his wife by twisting her arm to take her phone away from her. Suspect would not return the phone to the victim and prevented her from calling the police. Suspect was located, arrested and booked into ADC accordingly.

Location: 1000 block of Camino Vista Aurora, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rufina)
Victim: 34 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
On 2-15-11, deputies were dispatched to the above address. Upon arrival, deputies met with the victim's mother. Victim's mother stated that her son had gone to St. Vincent's Hospital last date due to having breathing problems. She said that she last saw him at ten last evening. She stated he got released and checked on him several times today and got responses everytime. She last spoke with him at four thirty this afternoon and she heard him breathing, but it seemed labored. She went to check on him again at five thirty, but did not get a response and called 911. The door to the shed was locked and entry was forced into the shed and victim was found deceased. Investigations was called and the case was turned over to them upon arrival.

Victim reported that on this date seven unknown person came to his residence and threatened him with weapons. The unknown suspects unlawfully entered his residence and stole his above listed items. The victim appeared to be intoxicated and confused.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $110.00

Location: 6401 Richards Avenue (Santa Fe Community College)
Vehicle: Silver, 1999, Honda, Station Wagon
Victim: Vanja Aljinovic, 64, Santa Fe, NM
On February 14, 2011 at 7:47 PM the Victim was operating the vehicle east in the main driveway at the location. For reason(s) unknown the Victim failed to negotiate a left curve, allowing the vehicle to leave the roadway and striking the curb. The vehicle then traveled approximately 19 feet at which time the front bumper struck a 3.5 foot high masonry wall. The Victim, who was not wearing a seat belt, struck his head on the windshield. The Victim was transported to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 8:56 PM by Dr. Ryan. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash. The Victim did have a history of heart related illness.
