Above driver was involved in a single vehicle crash. Upon Deputy contact it was determined that she was impaired and had her 13 year son with her at the time of the crash. Driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. The results of that test were .09 / .08 respectively.

 Deputy stopped suspect after observing several traffic violations. Upon contact with driver it was found that he was impaired. Driver was arrested and submitted to a legal blood draw.

It was discovered that Inmate Raymond Ortiz had in his possession, Cocaine that was packaged for sale,and marijuana that was packaged for sale.  He was booked accordingling.

Location: US 84/285 Mile 172

Arrested: Jesus Sosa-Hernandez, 25yoa male, Santa Fe

Charges: DWI (first offense), Speeding, Following to close, Driver to be licensed

Driver was observed operating his 2006 Chrysler on US 84/285 northbound at a high rate of speed.  Driver was observed following a separate vehicle too close for the speed traveled.  A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was determined to be operating the vehicle without a drivers license.  During investigation it was learned that the driver was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.  Driver arrested without incident and booked into ADC.

LOCATION: 4900 BLOCK OF AIRPORT ROAD, SANTA FE AREA

ITEMS STOLEN:  TAN WALLET, CREDIT CARDS, DRIVERS LICENSE AND $30.00 CASH.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THAT SOME UNKNONW PERSON (S) WENT INTO HER OFFICE AT HER PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT AND REMOVED HER WALLET CONTAINING THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE.  VICTIM DID NOT KNOW THIS UNTIL SHE LEFT FOR THE DAY AND STOPPED TO PURCHASE SOME ITEMS.  SHE FOUND OUT THAT SOMEONE TRYED TO USE HER CREDIT CARDS AT LOCAL GAS STATIONS.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

CASE 0211002051 / DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED OR REVOKED LICENSE / 02-11-2011

LOCATION:  SOUTH MEADOWS AND AIRPORT ROAD, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  ALTON WALSH, 27 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  ROVKED DRIVERS LICENSE

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY HILDERBRANT OBSERVED ALTON WALSH DRIVING A MOTOR VEHICLE.  DUE TO DEPUTY HILDERBRANT KNOWING MR. WALSH  AND KNOWING THAT HE DOSE NOT POSSESS A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE HE STOPPED HIM.  A CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MR. WALSH'S LICENSE SHOWED IT WAS REVOKED DUE TO A DWI AND HAD THE 66-8-122G.  MR. WALSH WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE JAIL.  THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED AND TAKEN TO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

Suspect: Jack Maes  Age: 47  Las Vegas NM

Jack Maes was arrested for DWI after he was located stopped on the Off-ramp to Old Pecos Trl. from I-25 partially blocking the lane and found to be impaired. Maes refused chemical testing and was booked for Aggravated DWI.

Victim reported an acquaintance of his stole a 9mm Handgun and a 22LR revolver handgun from his residence, while visiting him on Sunday, 2-6-2011.  Case is under investigation.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED HE NOTICED A HOLE IN THE ROOF OF HIS HOT TUB SUN ROOM ON JANUARY 27TH.  TODAY  HE LOCATED A BULLET IN THE SUN ROOM.  INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE THE BULLET DID COME THROUGH THE ROOF AND LANDED ON THE LEFT SIDE OF HOT TUB.  UNKNOWN DOLLAR AMOUNT ON THE DAMAGE TO ROOF AT THIS TIME.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED:  247 PIECE SET OF GORHAM COMPANY SILVER FLAT WEAR, VALUED $75,000.00.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THEY DISCOVERED THAT SOME UNKNOWN PERSON  (S) REMOVED HER 247 PIECE SET OF SILVER FLAT WEAR FROM THE WOODEN CASE.  VICTIM REPORTED THE LAST TIME SHE OPENED THE CASE WAS ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO.  UNKNOWN WHEN ITEMS WERE STOLEN OR BY WHOM AT THIS TIME.  CASE HAS BEEN FORWARD TO CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION UNIT.
