Location:  3330 Calle Po Ae Pi, Santa Fe, NM (Casa Villita Apts.)

On 2-7-11, I was dispatched to 3330 Calle Po Apei # 1110 at the Casa Vilita Apartments. Upon my arrival I spoke with the victim.She stated that between the hours of 9:30am and 11:00am keys had been taken from her residence. The suspect some how gained entry through a dead bolted front door leaving no signs of forced entry.   Estimated value of items taken is $300.00

Location: Santa Fe County Detention Center

Suspect: Harvey Arellano  Age: 25,  Santa Fe

Harvey Arellano was charged with Misdemeanor Posession of Marijuana after he was arrested for an active warrant at Santa Fe County Electronic Monitoring.  He had in his possession during booking a small amount of marijuana in his pants pocket. 

0211001783, Batter against Household Member, Interference with Communications, 2/6/11

Location: San Mateo Way  Valle Vista sub-divison

Suspect: Clyde Lucero  Age: 38  Santa Fe

Clyde Lucero was arrested for Battery Against a Household Member and Interference with Communications after deputies responded to a domestic dispute on San Mateo Way.  Upon arrival deputies located Lucero hiding in a neighbor's car.  It was discovered that he had battered a Household member causing minor injury and pulled out the telephone lines preventing the victim from calling for help.  He was booked without further incident.

Location: Cielo Court / Cerrillos Road  Santa Fe,NM

Arrested: Lee Heredia    Age: 35   Alamosa, CO.

Above person was stopped after a Deputy observed a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver he was found to be impaired and was arrested. The driver was taken for a legal blood draw. The driver was found to have three or more prior DWI's.

Location: State Road 599 mile 5  Santa Fe,NM

Arrested: Lauren Martinez   Age: 23  Santa Fe,NM

The above listed driver was observed by a Deputy traveling above the posted speed limit. The driver was stopped and upon contact the driver was found to be impaired. The driver was arrested and results of the test .22 / .23

Arrested: David Martinez   Age;25  Tierra Amarilla, NM

Suspect was observed by security brandish a firearm at an unknown male. Suspect was located by security and upon deputy contact it was determined that suspect was a convicted felon and was intoxicated at the time of incident. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

Location: 6151 Airport Road, Santa Fe

Suspect: Pending

victim reported that an unknown suspect came to his door.  Victim let suspect into his residence and sat down to talk.  Suspect approached victim and placed him into a headlock and battered victim.  Victim was tied up with tape and left by suspect.  Suspect left after restraining victim.  Criminal investigations notified and case is under investigation.  Niece advised that victim suffers from Dementia.

0211001774, Selling or Giving Alcohol to Minors, DWI 2-5-2011

Location: Airport Road/South Meadows

Arrested: Jorge Rascon, Age: 21, Santa Fe

Deputy observed above subject driving a motor vehicle failing to maintain lanes.  Deputy observed signs of impairment being displayed from above subject.  Deputy conducted tests and arrested above subject.  Above subject had a breath alcohol content of .10 and .11.  Deputy also discovered above subject had given alcoholic beverages to a minor.  Above subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: Camino Dos Antonios

Arrested: Micahel W. Mills, Age 47, Santa Fe

Above listed subject was involved in a Motor Vehicle Crash and left the scene without reporting incident.  Deputy located subject at his residence and was found to be impaired.  Subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

0211001733, DWI/Open Container, 02-04-11

Location: State Road 14 Mile Marker 41

Suspect: Andrea Fowler, 27, Santa Fe

Charges: DWI/Failure to dim lights/Open container

Above suspect was operating her Kia Sorento on State Road 14 near mile marker 41.  Fowler failed to dim her lights for oncoming traffic and was subsequently stopped.  During the course of the traffic stop it was found that Fowler was under the influence of an intoxicant and had an open container in the vehicle.  Fowler was arrested and transported to ADC without incident.
