0210-12066/ Battery On A household Member Arrest/ 12-14-10

Location: 6151 Airport Road / Country Club Mobile Home Park

Charges: Battery On A Household Member

Suspect: Glency Lopez    age 18

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic violence call at the above location. Contact was made with the victim, a 25 year old male, who stated that his girlfriend struck him with a plastic hanger after a short argument. The victim suffered redness on the top of his head and a welt on his right ear. Suspect was arrested.

Case Still under Investigation-No Suspects Information

Victim reported some person entered her home and took the above items. There was no signs of forced entry. The burglary took place at some point on December 14, 2010.

Victim reported some person entered her home through a front door by using force. The suspects entered and took the above items.

Victim reports in process of selling 1983 Toyota Land Cruiser to aquaintance who took vehicle for repairs prior to purchase one month ago.  Vehicle has not been returned and aquaintance's whereabouts are unknown.  Vehicle entered into NCIC as stolen.

Deputies ersponded to activated burglar alarm.  Upon arrival deputies discovered forced entry through front door.  Initial investigation revealed that  a television was taken.  Case is under furtherinvestigation.

Location: I-25 underpass at Cerrillos

Suspect: Roberto Sanchez-Hernandez   age 35

Charges: DWI, Open Container

Caller reported that her boyfriend left her residence intoxicated driving a white Dodge Caravan. Vehicle was located on highway 14 near the I-25 underpass. Vehicle was observed swerving and was stopped. Contact with driver revealed that he was impaired and intoxicated. The driver was arrested for DWI.

Stolen: 2 8x6 TV monitors, 1 Car Stereo

Value: $1,600.00

On 12-12-10 the victim reported that sometime between 12-11-10 at 10:00pm and 12-12-10 at 6:45am, an unknown person(s) shattered the rear passenger window. Once inside the above items were taken. No suspect information is pending.

Victim reported that sometime between 2:00pm and 4:00pm on 12-12-10, someone entered her home, rummaged through items, and stole jewelry from inside. There were no signs of forced entry. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.

                  Martin Miller - age 28, Edgewood

Deputies responded to a burglary in progress at the above location and found the above individuals. The deputies found evidence that the said indivuals burglarized the residence and the individuals were placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.
