Case# 0210006288 Driving While License Suspended or Revoked

Location:  State Road 599 East Frontage Road at Caja Del Rio, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle:  Black, 1987, Toyota, SUV

Suspect:  Larry Lindsey, 55, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Display of Registration,

                   Mandatory Proof of Financial Responsibility

On 7-30-2010 at 7:47 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location with a license plate that should be displayed on another vehicle.  The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.  Acheck with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's driver's license is revoked with the arrest clause attached.  The vehicle was siezed pursuant to the Santa Fe County DWI Vehicle Forfieture Ordinance.

Location: Vereda Corta (west Alameda area)

Stolen: Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer

On this date victim reported that her partner moved out and took the above listed items without permission. Victim also reported that suspect did not leave the keys to the residence. The items stolen were valued at about $1200.00

Location: N. Platte Santa Fe NM (Airport Road area)

Stolen: Black Chihuahua, Dewalt Air Compressor, Flat screen TV, 2 - Mountain Bikes. 2-Foldable Canopies.

On this date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that unknown persons entered the above residence by prying open the front door. The above items were stolen from the residence, and also an unlocked storage shed on the property. The items stolen were valued at about $1900.00

Location:  96 Old Las Vegas Highway, Santa Fe, NM (Harry's Roadhouse)

On 7/30/10 between the hours of 1330 and 1645, victim stated that his vehicle was burglarized.  Victim stated that unknown persons broke the driver's side door window with an unknown type of tool.  Victim stated that once inside unknown persons took a NM driver's license, a digital camera, a chef's knife, chef's coat and a black wallet with misc. cards.  Estimated value of items taken is $1400.  Estimated damage amount is $300.00.

Deputy Assigned: Corp. J. Rodriguez

Location: Saddle Court- Arroyo Hondo

Deceased: Mark Bressler age: 58

On -7-28-10 Deputies responded to an unattended death at the above location. Detectives arrived on scene to investigate the incident. However, foul play is not suspected and there were no obvious signs of injury to the victim. Next of kin was notified by Detectives.

Location: Airport Road/ South Meadows - Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Anthony Apodaca - age 39, Rio Rancho, NM

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. During the traffic stop, the driver exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly. Driver refused to submit to a breath test.

Location: Camino Los Joyas - North of Pojoaque

Victim reports that between 7:30am and 1:30pm, someone entered her home through the kitchen window when she was away. A laptop and several jewelry items were stolen from inside.  No suspects or witnesses have yet been identified.

Location: Tierra Real Mobile Home Park - Airport Road

Victim reports that at about 2:00pm, on July 28th, someone forced entry into his home by prying open the front door. Several power tools were stolen from inside. One witness reported seeing a Maroon mini van parked in front of the residence at the time of burglry. No suspects had been identitfied a the time of report.

Victim reports that sometime between 8:15am and 2:50pm on July 28th, someone entered her residence through an open window and stole various electronics and jewelry from inside while she wasn't home. No witnesses are known at this time.

Location: Sweeney Elementary - South Meadows/Airport Road

The victim reported that on July 28th, between 5:00pm and 6:30pm, someone shattered the window to her vehicle which was parked at the above location. The victim's purse, along with her identification and credit cards were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.
