Arrested: Marcos Rivera - age 21 - Santa Fe, NM
Deputies investigated a domestic altercation in which the victim reported being battered by the above subject, her ex-boyfriend. The victim had injuries to her legs and ankles and was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital. The investigation additionally showed that the victim may have struck the suspect with her vehicle as she was trying to get away. Deputies later located the suspect at St. Vincent's hospital with injuries consistent with being hit by a car. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC after being released from St. Vincent's.

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane of traffic. During the traffic stop, the driver exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and he refused to submit to a breath test. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

The above driver was stopped for having an inoperable headlamp. During the traffic stop, the driver exhibited signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrested and booked into ADC accordingly.

Victim stated she arrived home to find an air conditioner unit laying on the ground outside her sons window. As she entered the residence and observed three males running out of the back door. The males were reported to be dressed in all black wearing beanies. A search of the area was conducted by deputies, but the suspects were unable to be located. The victim further reported that she was only away from the residence for an hour. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On this date victim reported that sometime between 9:30am and 11:30am some unknown person(s) unlawfully entered his residence through an open sliding door and stole the above listed items valued at about $2700.00

On 07-26-10, Deputies were dispatched to the above location for a burglary. Upon arrival contact was made with the complainant, who advised that she left the residence at about 9:45am and returned about 12:00pm. Upon returning home the complainant noticed a screen was removed from the front window and the window was open. The complainant reported that the above items were taken. This case is currently under investigation.
