Suspect: Leroy Romero /55 yom / Santa Fe, NM

Suspect was observed committing a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, it was learned that the suspect had a revoked driver's license with an attached arrest clause (66-8-122G). Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Monday, July 12, 2021, deputies made contact with the above individual during a traffic stop. She was found to have an active warrant out of  Albuquerque. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Once there, She was booked without incident.

On the above date deputies were dispatched to a stolen bachoe. The reporting party stated sometime between 7/8/21 and 7/9/21 an unknown subject(s) took the above equipment. The investigation is ongoing

Once there, She was booked without incident.

Deputies stopped the above vehicle for failing to maintain lane. Ms. Roybal had odor of alcohol and showed signs of impairment on SFSTs. Driver agreed to submit to a breath test and had a BRAC of 0.13 and 0.13 g/210L. Ms. Roybal was booked into SFADC.
